| Objective:Cockscomb,is the dry titbit of Celosia cristata L.(Amaranthaceae),non-toxic,for the treatment of anal fistula blood Chibai diarrhea,collapse,red belt,leucorrhea,and et,and white flowers and red flowers have a different effect,it should be used separately.There are cockscomb,fried cockscomb,carbon cockscomb,vinegar cockscomb as well as wine cockscomb.And cockscomb and the carbon cockscomb used to stop bleeding often.However,cockscomb lack comprehensive and clear indicators of the ingredients,and hemostatic mechanism is unclear.To illustrate the processing mechanism,and improve quality standards,we study of cockscomb and carbon products.Methods and Results:1.Summed up the literature of the cockscomb and carbon products about which history,processing methods,chemical composition,pharmacology and clinical application of applied research,and provides a direction for the research work of the cockscomb later.2.Monitored the changes of rectal temperature,plasma coagulation,hemorheology and the change of the organs and tissues in the stomach,lung,liver and uterus of bleeding rat model of hot blood after medicine by ig.The results showed that the parts of ethyl acetate and anol with the effectiveness of cooling blood,stop bleeding,but the hemostatic mechanism is not the same.The cockscomb site has a lower whole blood viscosity role but anol,ethyl acetate,both of which can reduce the role of the rat stomach bleeding symptoms,but anol parts more stronger.Cockscomb has a cooling blood,hemostatic effect,the cockscomb carbon hemostatic efficacy,Whose hemostasis is different.Cockscomb and cockscob carbon can reduce the tempe-rature of the model rat and stop the rat stomach bleeding at the same time.Cockscomb carbon's effect on stop the rat stomach bleeding is stronger than the cockscomb.3.Isolated and purified the chemical composition from the extracts of the water and ethyl acetate part of cockscomb by various chromatographic method such as silica gel,macroporous resin,high performance liquid chromatography,20 compounds were identified by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMBC,HSQC,HPLC,UV,IR,the EI-MS(m/z).What is Cyclo-(S-pro-R-leu)(1),Kaempferol hormone(2),Kaempferol(3),5,7,2'-tetrahy-droxy-4'-methoxy flavone(4),Luteolin(5),Apigenin(6),High carformer prime(7),Naring-in factors(8),Uridine(9),Alpha-spinach-steroi-dal alcohol(10),Alpha-spinach steroidal alcohol-3-0 glucoside(11),Beta-Valley steroidal alcohol(12),Beta-carrotglucoside(13),14 alkyl(14),Ishexadecanol(15),20 alkanols(16),23-alk yl(17),Hexadecanoic acid(18),Twentyfour acid(19),29 alkanoic acids(20).Compounds(1),(2),(5),(7-10),(12?19)for the first time from the cockscomb,compounds(2),(5),(7),(8),(10),(13?19)isolated from Polygonum for the first time.We stablished the fingerprints of the cockscomb by HPLC method,the results showed that 14 there are 15 common peaks in the fingerprint and the similarity is above 0.90,The method has a good reproducibility,precision and stability(RSD less than 3%),provide some basis for the quality standards of the cockscomb.4.Determined the content of flavonoids,and oganic acids in the cockscomb and celosia carbon by HPLC.Determine of the content of 21 inorganic elements in Flos celosiae cristatae among the 10 batches of samples which come from 6 different areas by the wet digestion ICP-AES method.It shows that the same types of inorganic elements exist in cockscomb whether crude or processed,Ca increased and Na reduced significantly,the remaining inorganic element content did not change signifycantly.IR fingerprint was established to estimate the quality of the raw and processed cockscomb,both of which have a good reproducibility and stability,reflect the cockscomb fingerprint exclusively.Determined XRD spectrums in cockscomb before and after Carbonizing Process.And established the cockscomb analysis of the IR Spectrum and XRD spectrum,which provide a scientific basis for the cockscomb Pieces species identification and quality evaluation. |
