Clinical Observation On Umbilical Moxibustion Teamtment With Medicine Primary Dysmenorrhea Of Congealing Cold And Blood Stasis

Objective: To observe the influences of two methods—the umbilical moxibustion with herbal medicine or ibuprofen.The differential impacts were compared and described. To evaluate the function of medicine on the primary dysmenorrheal syndrome. Also the mechanism of action of umbilical moxibustion was illuminated.Methods: Random,double-blind anddouble simulation and control method was adopted in this study. 60 patients met the inclusion criteria of primary dysmenorrhea caused by the cold and blood stagnation patients were randomly divided into treatment group control group,30 cases in each group. The treatment group adapt the umbilical moxibustion with herbal medicine and false ibuprofen and the control group take ibuprofen and false umbilical moxibustion. Treatment group:1 case set off, 29 cases on observation;Control group:1 case set off, 29 cases on observation. The change of VAS and TCM syndrome integral with the two groups is observed and compared after starting treanment.Results:(1) each group are compared with before treatment,(P < 0.05). Both groups can cure of primary dysmenorrhea of congealing cold and blood stasis. Comparison between groups, two groups in the first month, the first of February compared syndromes of menstrual cycle, there was no significant difference(P > 0.05). The third month in the lower abdomen fear cold, there are significant differences on the lower abdomen pain, p < 0.05. in addition, the two groups were significantly different(P<0.05). in the curative effect of abdomen ache, cold of abdomen and the limbs after the treatment.(2) Analysis from the perspective of VAS, Within the group Comparison, It has improved significantly from the first month, P < 0.05. Both groups can cure of primary dysmenorrhea of congealing cold and blood stasis. There is no Significant difference. The curative effect is better in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of Congealing Cold and Blood Stasis than ibuprofen group after treatment.(3) The curative effect of two groups of comparisons. The treatment group effective rate was 82.76%, control group 48.27% efficient. The curative effect is better in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea of Congealing Cold and Blood Stasis than ibuprofen group after treatment.Conclusion: Umbilical moxibustion teamtment with medicine and ibuprofen both can cure of the primary dysmenorrhea of Congealing Cold and Blood Stasis, however Umbilical moxibustion teamtment with medicine is better.
