The Clinical Research On Zini Bushenshugan Decoction With Western Medicine In The Treatment Of Kidney Deficiency And Liver Depressed Of Early Threatened Abortion

Objective: The paper  studies  the  treatment of the status quo and related clinical cases of the early threatened abortion, to explore the effect of treating the early threatened abortion with the method of Chinese and Western medicine. In order to take advantage of this superiority in future clinical spuc work.Methods : The type Kidney Deficiency and Liver Depressed diagnostic criteria of threatened abortion in early pregnancy 68 patients were divided into two groups of treatment and control groups. patients were divided into treatment group oral Zinibushenshugan decoction side while intramuscular progesterone injection; the control group only intramuscular progesterone injection; to observe clinical Symptoms improved after treatment and the inspection result of serum progesterone 、 Human chorionic gonadotrotropin 、Estradiol and B ultrasonic monitoring the growth of gestational sac, and analysis the the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients.Results:Treatment group 34 cases, the total effective rate was 94.12 %, Recovered 8 cases(23.53%), markedly improved 17 cases(50.00%),effective 7 cases(20.59%), invalid 2 cases(0.06%); control group, the total effective rate was 82.35 %, Recovered 5 cases(14.71%), markedly improved 8 cases(23.53%), effective 15 cases(44.12%), invalid 6 cases(17.65%).Chinese and western medicine clinical efficacy of combined treatment group was obviously better than pure western medicine treatment group. Chinese and western medicine combined treatment group after treatment serum progesterone 、human chorionic gonadotropin 、estradiol before the treatment have obvious change,gestational sac had obvious growth before using this drug.Conclusion:Using combination of Chinese and Western medicine treatment of the kidney deficiency and liver depressed type of early threatened abortion is better than a simple western medicine,specific performance in improving clinical symptoms during pregnancy, increase the serum progesterone 、 human chorionic gonadotropin、 estradiol levels,the normal development Of the fetus intrauterine condition,and the evaluation of the clinical curative effect.so combining Chinese and western medicine treatment of early threatened abortion for patient safety through pregnancy.
