Nourishing Solid Clinical Research, Of The Decoction Deficiency Kidney Threatened Abortion

Objective:To observe the clinical effets and security of Yangxieguchong Decoction on the early threatened abortion(ETA)belongs in deficiency of the blood and kindey,and to explore the mechanism.Methods:1 100 patients of early threatened abortion were from Jingzhou Traditionl Chinese Medical Hospital during the last one year.They were divided into two groups randomly:the treatment group(50 cases)treated by Yangxieguchong Decoction and the contrl group(50 cases)treated by Progesterone;The was no difference in age,course of disease between two groups(P＞0.05),10 days is a treatment course.2 Observing the symptoms,signs and the total effective ratios of each group before and after the treatment,meanwhile the level of E₂,P,β-HCG of the blood serum were measured.3 Statistics processing:The SPSS11.5 statistics sofeware,all materials carry on statistical processing,the measurement material use the texamination,counts the material to use the x² examination,the rank material use the Ridit analysis.Results:1 After a treatment course of 10 days through the treatment,the treatment group,the total effectiveness had achieved 92%,in which convalescing rate is 20%,showing results is 44%,effectiveness is 28%,the control group,the total effectiveness is 80%,in which convalescing rate is 10%,showing results is 40%,effectiveness is 30%,There was significant difference between the treatment group and the contrl group(P＜0.05).2 The level of estradiol(E₂),progesterone(p),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)of treatment group was significantly improved(P＜0.01),The level of estradiol(E₂),progesterone(p),β-human chorionic gonadotropin(β-HCG)of contrl group was significantly improved(P＜0.05).Conelusion:The clinical findings indicated the therapy of Wangxieguchong Decoction is effective and safe for early threatened abortion belongs in deficiency of the blood and kindey,therefore it is worth further researching and widely using on clinic.
