Objectives: The thesis aims to probe into the airway inflammatory pathogenesis of rats of bronchial asthma with syndrome of cold fluid retained in lung and discuss the mechanism of warming yang and resolving fluid retention.Methods: Methods of ovalbumin sensitization, refrigeration, raising in ice water,swimming in warm water are employed to make a rat model of bronchial asthma with syndrome of cold-fluid retained in lung. Then, 1,25(OH)2D3, Xiaoqinglong Decoction,formula of warming yang and resolving fluid retention, and Liujunzi Decoction are adopted in experiment respectively to observe the test index.Results: The rat model is successfully made because the behaviors of rats of experiment group are consistant with clinical manifestations of bronchial asthma with syndrome of cold-fluid retained in lung, which is also confirmed by micro index. The four above mentioned formulas can improve the syndrome, among which formula of warming yang and resolving fluid retention is the most effective in terms of efficacy. Xiaoqinglong Decoction and formula of warming yang and resolving fluid retention can increase the content of 1,25(OH)2D3 and the latter is better. However, Liujunzi Decoction is not effective.Conclusion: Formula of warming yang and resolving fluid retention is most effective in treating bronchial asthma with syndrome of cold fluid retained in lung, which can also increase the content of 1,25(OH)2D3 of rat model. It indicates that the treatment mechanism of formula of warming yang and resolving fluid retention acts by increasing the content of1,25(OH)2D3, and by reliving the inflammation of airway. Based on our study, we come to the concusion that formula of warming yang and resolving fluid retention can warm and tonify lung yang, revolve cold fluid, and improve lung qi, which are related with thecontent of 1,25(OH)2D3. |
