Discussion On The Medication Rule Of Chief Physician Huang Feixiang In Treating Palpitations Based On Auxiliary Platform For Traditional Chinese Medicine Inheritance

BackgroundWith the rapid development of society in nowadays,along with the high mental tension of people,reduced amount of exercise and great work pressure,arrhythmia now exists in all ages and social classes,therefore,it is particularly important to pay attention to arrhythmia.Arrhythmia is an important cause of palpitations.Traditional Chinese medicine has unique advantages in treating palpitations,such as positive effects,small toxic and side effects,safety and reliability,long-lasting effects after discontinuation,not easy to relapse and others.So traditional Chinese medicine has great research value in the treatment of palpitation.ObjectiveBased on the software of the National Science and Technology Promotion Project“Traditional Chinese Medicine Heritage Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)” software,summed up the medication experience and the prescriptions characteristics of supervisor Huang Feixiang,in order to better application of TCM clinical experience inheritance.MethodsFrom January 2019 to December 2019,it was collected the number of visits more than 2times and the patients were mainly treated with decoction and medicine by the director Huang Feixiang in the Department of Cardiovascular Diseases in the Second affiliated Hospital of Fujian Traditional Chinese Medical University.The case information of patients were entered into the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Heritage Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)" software,and the data mining method in the software statistical platform was used to analyze the characteristics of the herbal prescription by Director Huang Feixiang for the treatment of palpitations.ResultsThe statistical analysis was performed through the "Traditional Chinese Medicine Heritage Auxiliary Platform(V2.5)".Among the collected106 patients with palpitations,43 cases were markedly effective and 63 cases were effective,the numbers of females were large than males,and their ages were mainly concentrated between 51 and 70 years old,along with the three main types symptom as phlegmatic heat and disturb motion,Liver depression and Qi stagnation,blood stasis and Qi deficiency,arrhythmia was mainly composed of ventricular premature beat,atrial premature beat and sinus tachycardia.The 215 prescriptions involved 86 kinds of Chinese medicine,with a total of 2440 types.The four natures of Traditional Chinese Medicine were mainly acting as cold,warm and neutral nature.The five tastes were mainly reflected in the three aspects of sweetness,bitterness and astringency.The drug was effecting on the channel tropism of liver,heart and spleen.Among them,there were 28 kinds of Chinese medicines that appeared more than 34 times.Commonly used drugs belong to the five categories of tranquilization,removing phlegm,invigorate the circulation of blood,regulate the flow of vital energy and remove obstruction toit.Based on the analysis of group prescription with the association rules,the number of support was set to 65 and the confidence level was 0.8.12 groups of drug models and 21 association rules were obtained.Based on the analysis on the rules of the entropy clustering prescriptions,correlation degree was set to 8and the punishment degree was set to 2,which had discovered 4 core drug combinations and4 new prescriptions.Conclusion1.Chief physician Huang Feixiang believes that the pathogenesis of palpitation is based on deficiency of heart and qi,and qi stagnation and blood stasis and phlegm coagulation are the criteria.In clinical practice,it is mainly divided into three syndrome types: phlegm-fire disturbing the heart,liver depression and qi stagnation,and qi deficiency and blood stasis.Huanglian Wendan Decoction,Chaihu Shugan Powder or Yueju Pill,and Sanshen Decoction are respectively used for treatment.2.Chief physician Huang Feixiang's high-frequency drugs for treating palpitation are Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata,Pericarpium Citri Tangerinae,Radix Rehmanniae,Fructus Aurantii,Os Draconis,Concha Ostreae,Rhizoma Ligustici Chuanxiong,Saviae Miltiorrhizae Radix,Radix Codonopsis,and Poria.Drug classification is mainly focused on tranquilizing,eliminating phlegm,invigorating qi,promoting blood circulation and soothing liver.The four drugs are mainly cold,warm and mild,the five drugs are mainly sweet,bitter and pungent,and the meridian tropism is mainly liver,heart and spleen meridians.The high-frequency medicinal composition is Os Draconis-Concha Ostreae,Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata-Radix Rehmanniae,Saviae Miltiorrhizae Radix-Radix Codonopsis;Four new prescriptions are respectively,(1)Rhizoma Pinelliae preparata_radix curcumae_radix rehmanniae_caulis bambusae in taenia_poria_Rhizoma coptidis,(2)radix sophorae flavescentis_radix rehmanniae_Rhizoma coptidis_pericarpium citri reticulatae,(3)radix platycodi_cortex et radix Polygalae_poria with hostwood_radix asparagi_radix glehniae_radix ophiopogonis,(4)radix paeoniae alba_Rhizoma chuanxiong_radix codonopsis_Rhizoma Cyperi.The above reflects its therapeutic principles of clearing heat,resolving phlegm,stabilizing palpitations,clearing heart fire,relieving throbbing,harmonizing yin and yang,soothing liver,relieving depression and smoothing heart pulse.
