| Objective: Observation of the indexes of the postoperative pain,edema,exudate,and healing time of wound,quantity of granulation tissue fibroblasts under a microscope with Bai Xiao Xiji,Bai Xiao lotion in promoting postoperative wound healing of anal fistula patients,and research on the mechanism to provide a scientific and reliable theory basis for clinical application.Methods:The 60 cases brought into line according to the standard were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases)and the control group(30 cases).Both group were given routine dressing change and red light therapy,and from the first day after surgery the treatment group were given warming Bai Xiao Xiji,Bai Xiao lotion(50ml)wetting medical gauze on wound in the morning and night and 20 min everytime.The control group were fumigating with Jin Xuan Zhi Ke Xun Xi San,Jinxuanzhike fumigating and washing powder dissolving in boiling water(1000ml)in the morning and night and 20 min everytime.Observation of healing time of wound and the condition of pain,edema,exudatives on postoperative 3d,7d and 12 d and the fiber granulation tissue cell quantity with microscope on postoperative 7d and 12 d was made.Results: There was a remarkable difference in healing time of wound between the two groups.The treated time of group with Bai Xiao Xiji,Bai Xiao lotion was shorter in 3 days averagely than the control group.And the group with Bai Xiao Xiji,Bai Xiao lotion has significant advantage in easing the postoperative pain of wound,edema,exudate and increasing the quantity of granulation tissue fibroblasts.Conclusion: The data show that Bai Xiao Xiji,Bai Xiao lotion had heat-clearing,damp-drying,detoxification,detumescence,and cure furuncles,which can release the postoperative pain of wound,edema,exudate,promote fibroblasts proliferation of wound and shorten the healing days.Bai Xiao Xiji,Bai Xiao lotion can be used as an effective method to promote postoperative wound healing without causing evident harmful reactions. |
