Objective: to compare two different methods the curative effect of treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type,analyze tyra ejector technique for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type mechanism,and analyze the Ti La Tui Ding Fa to improve cervical Cobb Angle and the relationship between the age.Provide theoretical basis for clinical promotion of this treatment method.Methods: will be included in the standard of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis of nerve root type is divided into two groups by random grouping method,30 cases in each group,with tyra ejector technique based therapy(trial group),positioning + base+ rotate pull method therapy treatment(control group),on the day of admission before treatment and discharge for symptoms,signs,pain score,visual analogue scale(VAS),cervical vertebra and the Cobb Angle and bowstring value,all patients before and after treatment of cervical spondylosis treatment performance assessment(up to 29points),pain visual analog scale(VAS)as indicators of clinical observation,cervical vertebra and Cobb Angle measurement bowstring value as a radiation observation index.Results: 1.The curative effect comparison: experimental group and control group overall effect comparing two different treatment of traditional Chinese medicine has no statistical significance(P > 0.05).2.Treatment of cervical spondylosis performance score,VAS score,Cobb Angle,bowstring value measurement comparison: two groups of the change observed indicators before and after treatment,the differences were statistically significant(P < 0.05);Signs and symptoms integral,between the two groups bowstring value measurement,Cobb Angle,VAS score difference(improve index),the difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05).3.Patient age and Cobb Angle to improve the index showed a negative correlation(r =0.469,P = 0.009).The smaller the age,the bigger the Cobb Angle to improve the index.Conclusion: 1.The tyra ejector technique and rotational positioning pull method for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type has a better curative effect;2.Lift ejector technique in improving patients with cervical Cobb Angle and bowstring value better than rotary pull localization;3.Lift ejector technique for the treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type cervical part of the mechanism may be through improved patients physiological curvature,biological force line to relieve the patient's clinical symptoms.4.Lift ejector manipulation treatment of cervical spondylosis of nerve root type the patient's age were negative correlation and cervical Cobb Angle outcome,the age is smaller,the better the outcome.
