Cervical Paravertebral Nerve Block For Treatment Of Nerve Root Type Cervical Vertebra Disease Clinical Experience

Objective:the cervical paravertebral nerve block combined with manipulation of massage treatment nerve root type cervical spondylopathy were analysed, confirmed that the therapy clinical value, provide the reference for the clinical treatment;method:to my courtyard in2010June--2011June treatment of120cases of nerve root type cervical vertebra disease patient as the research object, the random divided into two groups,60cases in each group. A group of objects using cervical paravertebral nerve block combined with massage therapy, observation group; a group of objects using only the massage therapy, as compared to a control group. On two groups of subjects and clinical efficacy was compared, and statistically analyzed;results:the observation group11cases were cured,27cases, effective in17cases,5cases are invalid, the total efficiency of91.67%, better than the control group in the total efficiency of78.33%, through statistical analysis, the difference was significant (P<0.05) conclusion:cervical paravertebral nerve block combined with manipulation of massage in the treatment of nerve root type cervical spondylosis treated in relatively simple massage operation has better curative effect, is suitable for clinical use.
