Effect Of Clinical Pathways Based On Integrative Medicine For Grass-roots Hospital Patients With Pectoral Stuffiness Pain:a Multi-center Research

Objective:To provide clinical data support for more optimizing and promoti ng the application of the effectiveness of grassroots clinical pathways based o n integrative medicine for Pectoral Stuffiness Pain(chronic stable angina)patie nts by a multi-center concurrent clinical control study.Methods: Take 90 Pectoral Stuffiness Pain(chronic stable angina)patients wi th traditional treatment from Liulin and Miaoli town grassroots health center under the general hospital in Jinshui area during August to December,2015 a s routine group.Take another 90 Pectoral Stuffiness Pain(chronic stable angina)patients from Zhacheng and Yaoqiao grassroots health center as clinical pathw ay group.The two groups will be concurrent clinical control by the main eva luation index of treatment days,treatment cost,TCM symptoms score,TCM s ymptoms efficacy,Ecg curative effect evaluation and SAQ.Results:1.Evaluation of clinical efficacy: There is no statistical difference(P>0.05)by comparison of Electrocardiogram(ecg)effective rate between pathway and routine group(26%vs20%).There is statistical difference(P<0.05)by compar ison of blood stasis symptoms effective rate between pathway and routine gro up(82% vs 71%).There is statistical difference(P<0.05)by comparison of TCM symptoms effective rate between pathway and routine group(81% vs 69%).2.Evaluation of health economics: There is remarkable statistical difference(P<0.05)by comparison of treatment days[16(2)days vs18(5)days] between pa thway and routine group.There is remarkable statistical difference(P<0.05)by comparison of treatment costs [384.93(56.26)yuan vs 416.36(89.25)yuan] between pathway and routine group.There is no statistical difference(P>0.05)by comparison of average daily treatment cost(24.01±1.81 yuan vs24.52±2.69yuan)between pathway and routine group.3.Evaluation of life quality: There is statistical difference(P<0.05)by co mparison of physical limitation(72.57±7.66vs68.42±10.76),comparison of angi nal stability(86.38±18.80vs79.44±22.04),anginal frequency(97.00±54.86vs85.55±16.85),treatment satisfaction(78.95±27.63vs71.76±11.23),Disease cognition(66.30±8.65vs62.78±9.36)between pathway and routine group.Conclusion:The clinical pathways based on integrative medicine can shorten the consultation hours,decrease treatment charge,increase the clinical efficacy,improve patients' life quality and satisfaction,and can be widespread further more.
