Objective Study the proliferation and apoptosis of American ginseng total saponins and total polysaccharide on NK-92 MI cell、Jurkat cell in vitro.Discuss the influences of American ginseng on the immune cell function,lay a foundation for screening of yi yuan kang components of traditional Chinese medicine.Methods (1)The proliferation influence of American ginseng total saponins and total polysaccharide on NK-92 MI cell、Jurkat cell in vitro.In vitro cultivation of NK-92 MI cell,Jurkat cell,MTT method is used to make its growth curve,and test proliferation influence of American ginseng total saponins and total polysaccharide on NK-92 MI cell、Jurkat cell in vitro.(2)The apoptosis influence of American ginseng total saponins and total polysaccharides on NK-92 MI cell、Jurkat cell in vitro.using flow cytometry to test the apoptosis influence of American ginseng total saponins and total polysaccharides on NK-92 MI cell、Jurkat cell in vitro.Results American ginseng total saponins can promote the proliferation of NK-92 MI cell in vitro,the better effect appear in 145 ug/ml,24 hours;American ginseng total polysaccharides can promote the proliferation of NK-92 MI cell in vitro,the better effect appear in 1202 ug/ml,12 hours;American ginseng total saponins can promote the proliferation of Jurkat cells in vitro,the better effect appear in 73 ug/ml,24 hours;American ginseng total polysaccharides can promote the proliferation of Jurkat cell in vitro,the better effect appear in 601 ug/ml,12 hours.American ginseng total saponins can inhibite the apoptosison of NK-92 MI cell in vitro,the better effect appear in 387 ug/ml,24 hours;American ginseng total polysaccharides can inhibite the apoptosison of NK-92 MI cell in vitro,the better effect appear in 1202 ug/ml,24 hours;American ginseng total saponins can inhibite the apoptosison of Jurkat cell in vitro,the better effect appear in 73 ug/ml,24 hours;American ginseng total polysaccharides can inhibite the apoptosison of Jurkat cell in vitro,the better effect appear in 601 ug/ml,12 hours.Conclusion American ginseng total saponins and total polysaccharide can promote the proliferation of NK-92 MI cell and Jurkat cell in vitro,inhibite the apoptosison of NK-92 MI cell and Jurkat cell in vitro,the effect is related to the concentration of drugs.
