| Objective:This study aims to through clinical observation of varicocele infertility patients before and after oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine Yishentongluo granule in the treatment of semen quality (sperm motility, sperm density, sperm DNA integrity, serum inhibin B changes as well as the spouse pregnancy, patients with the disease by oral medicine Wuzi Yanzong granule in the treatment of the indicators were compared, in order to explain the Yishen Tongluo Decoction Treatment of varicocele of little weak sperm of infertile patients with curative effect.Methods:Observedln this study, a total of observational studies met the inclusion criteria of varicocele little weak sperm infertile patients 80 cases of patients according to their respective treatment sequence with random number table method random divided into two groups:40 cases in the treatment group (treated with Yishen Tongluo granules),40 patients in the control group (oral Wuzi Yanzong granule), the two groups in addition to the selection of different drug treatment. All the other conditions as maximum capacity to maintain a balanced and consistent. Patients were treated for 1 months as a course of treatment, continuous observation of three patients. Were recorded before and after the treatment of sperm motility, sperm density, sperm DNA integrity and serum inhibin B. Semen quality and sperm DNA integrity and serum inhibin B test in Henan Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital Department of reproductive medicine laboratory by professional personnel check.Results:Yishentongluo granule group treatment of varicocele little weak sperm of infertile patients with total efficiency was 87.5%, better than Wu Zi Yan Zong granule group 67.5% of the, by statistical analysis. The results showed that the difference has statistical significance (P< 0.05), identified in the clinical curative effect of treatment group is better than control group. Clinical results, two groups of cured, markedly effective, effective and ineffective cases of, respectively, the number of 9 cases,16 cases,10 cases,5 cases and 5 cases,10 cases,12 cases,13 cases of, by statistical analysis, the differences in the clinical efficacy of the two groups have statistical significance (P< 0.05), the treatment group was better than that of the control group.After statistical analysis, the difference of sperm motility, sperm concentration, sperm DNA integrity and serum level of B in the two groups were statistically significant (P< 0.05). By statistical analysis, between the treatment group and the control group, after treatment in the two groups of sperm motility, sperm sperm concentration, sperm DNA integrity and serum inhibin B levels differences with statistical significance (P< 0.05), said the treatment group was better than that of the control group.Conclusion:Yishen Tongluo side can obviously improve the varicocele little weak sperm semen quality, increase sperm motility, sperm density, sperm DNA integrity and serum inhibin B levels, improve the varicocele little weak sperm in patients with clinical symptoms, the clinical efficacy is significant. |
