Broken Lineby Blood Stasis And Promoting Blood Circulation To Remove Blood Stasis Method Comparative Study On The Curative Effect Of Acute Ischemic Stroke

Objective:Through randomized controlled trials comparing the efficacy and safety of the blood stasis and blood circulation to remove blood stasis in patients with acute ischemic stroke,Preliminary evaluation of blood stasis,blood circulation to remove blood stasis in the role of the strength of two therapies,and further on the two types of treatment in the acute phase of ischemic stroke to do a positioning,sort,in order to provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods: Selects conforms to the conditions of 70 cases of patients,SPSS random number generator was randomly divided into experimental group and control group,with 35 cases in each group.Two groups of patients in give and ischemic stroke in the acute phase of conventional treatment under the premise,the experimental group added with Shuxuetong injection for representatives of broken blood Zhuyu drugs and the control group was treated with Xuesaitong injection as representatives of ordinary Huoxue Huayu drugs.The course of treatment in the two groups were 2 weeks.Observation of patients before and after treatment for 7days,14 days of TCM syndrome and neurological deficit score,living ability and life quality evaluation,and the data were analyzed.Results: 1,compare the clinical curative effect evaluation: the experimental group and the control group total effective rate was 94.3%,77.1%.The total effective rate of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group.the efficacy of the two groups by the rank sum analysis showed significant differences(p<0.05),in the treatment of acute ischemic stroke in clinical curative effect by broken blood stasis was significantly better than the control group;2,The comparison of the scores of TCM syndrome score and neurological deficit: After treatment,the experimental group and the control group,TCM syndrome integral,NIHSS score were significantly decreased(p<0.01)and between groups comparison also has significant difference(p<0.05),indicating that the two groups are effective in improving the symptoms and signs of patients with acute ischemic stroke,but good degree of test group was better than that of the control group.3,ADL score comparison: After treatment,the experimental group and the control group compared ADL scores of the two groups before treatment were significantly increased,but the improvement degree of test group was better than that of the control group(p<0.05)and between groups is also have statistical significance(p<0.05),indicating that the two groups were able to improve the living ability of acute ischemic stroke patients,but the improvement degree of test group was better than that of the control group.4.In the test process without adverse reactions.Conclusion:1.the blood stasis method can significantly improve TCM syndrome score,NIHSS score,can improve the quality of life of patients,and no significant adverse reactions.2.To miss the time window of thrombolysis in the treatment,thrombolysis failure or not accept thrombolytic therapy in patients with acute ischemic stroke blood injection of traditional Chinese medicine,the Shuxuetong Injection on behalf of the broken blood by blood stasis effect significantly preferred.
