IVD(In Vitro Diagnostics, IVD) is one of the most active areas in medical science and technology development in the world today. The fluorescence immunoassay system is developed for hospital, medical examination center and central laboratory, and then carry out a new generation fully automatic high-end fluorescence immunoassay system so that the device can be able to provide patients with timely, rapid and accurate test results, and provide scientific diagnosis basis for doctors to diagnose and treat inflammation, cardiovascular and kidney disease etc.Therefore, this paper is to meet the social requirements and the new trends of the medical devices development. The fluorescence immunoassay system based on time-resolved will be researched and the developed. The system is miniaturized, integrate, one stop testing, timely and high-speed detection and other advantages. What's more, the fluorescence immunoassay system can be used in hospital, but also be applied outside hospital, such as family medical testing and field rescue etc.At the first of this study is the schematic design of the fluorescence immunoassay system. The system detecting timely and rapidly should be come true. And taking into account the engineering applications, the detection system developed by the design philosophy of module and miniaturized. By this way, the system scheme is construct with signal detection, optical design and combined with other machine and control pars. Then, to integrated and realize one-stop testing, the incubator is designed and placed in the fluorescence immunoassay system and its temperature is also controlled. So, the incubator provides an immune response environment in the device for the sample to be tested or antigen and the antibody marked by Europium label. The module could simplify operations for detector and reduce the extra facilities and equipment. Whereas, the realization methods of the part of detection is optical components fixed and transmission components moved. A non-confocal optical light path based on dual sources and oblique incidence is designed in this paper which is based on detection of samples. In the process of quantitative calculation the algorithm of TC ration of the dynamic search and equal wave width is designed. Finally, through designing of human-computer interaction and writing the programs of these major functional modules of the fluorescence immunoassay system, the systematic design of the device has been realized.The size of the testing system is 270X200X100 mm. Six channels for samples are designed in the incubator, and the same items tested or different items can be incubated in these channels at the same time. The incubator is constant temperature and automatic counted down. The analysis supports for whole blood, serum and urine and so on can be tested without dilution.
