| Objective: This study is mainly sought can be used for the analysis of the method of partial prognathism patients of mandibular morphology, to find the cause of the cause of protrusion deformity in patients with mandibular chin oblique shift. To find a way to simulate the operation of the jaw and to predict the appearance of the jaw.Materials and methods: collected from July 2011 to 2016 march in the Department of oral and maxillofacial surgery, Department of oral and maxillofacial surgery; the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University, Fujian Medical University Affiliated Stomatological Hospital, a total of 24 partial protrusion deformity patients, using Mimics software to reconstruct, in software measurement the length of each part of the mandible. Results and normal mandible CT image corresponding to the length of the contrast, and comparative cases of mandibular bilateral the length difference value and value difference and mandible deviation degree of linear correlation detection. Using Mimics software modeling function 3D to print out the RP model of the mandible and the patient’s upper and lower jaw dental plaster model combined with the complex, the design of the operation plan and the appearance of the prediction.Conclusion: the Mimics software is used to analyze the repeatability and the error of the mandible in the patients with partial jaw deformity. Partial mandibular prognathism patients with bilateral, in the mandibular ramus and mandibular body on both sides of the length value, there is significant difference and existence and mandible deviation positive linear correlation. Mimics three-dimensional modeling function and predict the appearance of 3D printing RP model using Mimics software3 D printing out RP model and patients with jaw plaster model based on the complex.After operation scheme design and operation and postoperative effect obtained patient satisfaction and recognition. |
