Streptococcus sanguis bacteriocin can lead to smooth candida of bacteria,adhesion strength,young's modulus and deformation quantity valus change.2. 0.25 g /L?0.5/L?1g/L concentrations of streptococcus sanguis bacteriocin effect after smooth candida.Among them 1g/1 of blood chain element to the average of bacteria adhesion strength,young's modulus to minimize the agerage,de formation quantity biggest,a significant bacteriostatic effect.The experimental group compared with control group to present a certain difference(P<0.05).3.Blood chain element in 0~1g/L after the concentration range of smooth candida.Bacteria with the increase of blood concentration of chain element type variable also increase adhesion strength decreases;Young's modulus decreases also;Significant differences differences compared with control group(p<0.05).
