| With the rapid development of the Internet, hopitals and medical health information,how to provide comprehensive medical services has become an urgent problem to be solved considering the fact that Chinese people have been “elder” too much.Rehabilitation training has always been the hotspot of medical area but our country’s rehabilitation resources like equipments, sites and so on are not adequate. Because of this, moving moderate amount of training into family and community is very meaningful and it can provide help in alleviating medical staff’s working pressure and making patients enjoy medical services easily and happily.So under the background of the fact that medical services are coming into community and the need to develop ‘hospital-community-home’ model throughly,finding a proper equipment to liberate patients from hospital to community and home is very necessary. This equipment must meet the following requirements:1.Using it to collect and dispose patients’ data is very convenient because of its wearing,working environment and manipulation. 2. It’s cheap but with high quality. In ths paper the researchers found that the Kinect sensor fit these two requirements.In ths paper the researchers studied the possibility of disposing data collected from the Kinect sensor and designed and realized a rehabilitation training system in community and family based on the Kinect and prescriptions with the help of medical staff from the apartment of neurology of the Sixth Hospital affiliated to Sun Yat-Sen University. The main work includes: 1. The researchers in this paper designed andrealized a rehabilitation training system based on the Kinect and prescription in the developing environment of Microsoft Visual Studio 2010, and the researchers also tried to use Mean Hausdorff Distance(MDH) algorithm in gesture recognition. 2.To match up with the training part this paper set related websites with MVC model and this helped to realize the logining and communication between two different rules-patients and doctors. The last but not least after testing the researchers of this paper found that the use of the rehabilitation training part and the related websites can satisfy the need of rehabilitation in community and family of related individuals.Contents of this paper :(1)The paper chose proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation(PNF) as the guding rule and theory basis according to the characteristics of the patients with motor disabilities after stroke and then picked and made training actions to make up actions warehouse.This warehouse included 17 rehabilitation training action models and grading algriths for training the upper limbs,the lower limbs and the whole body of patients according to different affected sides. Also the warehouse can provide patients with personal plan choices according to the motion prescriptions from the clinical specialists.(2)The paper also designed and developed a convenient and sufficient training system based on the motion prescription of the action warehouse.New users can create personal number and training plan based on motion prescriptions. The system can collect basic information from patients, show action models, create personal training plans, collect timing motion data, recognize and grade gestures, and save users’ training information.(3) This paper studied the technique’s key point of extracting depth data from the Kinect sensor’s data stream and using the skeleton data of SDK to collect patients’ timing motion data. Meanwhile, during the collecting progress this paper also tried to use MDH algorithm to recognize serveral grading points of the specified action8.(4)The paper constructed related websites to match up with the system.Two different rules-patient rule and doctor rule have the ability to search information,upload and download related files to upgrade the data on local system after logining the websites. |
