| Objective: The survival of patients with ⅢA-N2 non small cell lung cancer was obtained by statistical analysis, and study prognostic influential factors of stage ⅢA-N2 non-small cell lung cancer. Methods: The paper retrospectively analyzed the ⅢA of the First Affiliated Hospital of Fujian Medical University from 2009 to 2011 during the period of hospitalization of complete resection(N2) for 58 cases of patients with NSCLC data. To collect data by inclusion and exclusion criteria, 1, 3, 5-year survival rate for the index, and draw the survival curve, analyze the impact surgery ⅢA-N2non-small cell lung cancer prognostic factors, using SPSS22.0 statistical software packet processing, univariate analysis using the Kaplan-Meier test, Log-Rank method to test differences in survival, multivariate analysis using Cox regression analysis, Kaplan-Meier method for survival analysis and plotted the survival curve. Analysis of gender, age, pathological type, N2 number of lymph node metastasis, tumor size(T stage), whether radiotherapy, open chest method, chemotherapy and other factors to ⅢA-N2 non-small cell lung cancer prognosis. Results: A total of 58 cases were collected, which were all patients with complete radical lung cancer, including systematic lymph node dissection. No surgical death patients, there were successfully discharged. Among them, 39 were male, 19 were female, and the male to female ratio was 2.05:1.with them, 5 cases were lost to follow-up, the rate of loss was 8.62%, and the follow-up period was from 3 months to 72 months. According to the age < 60 years, 31 cases, 27 cases of more than 60 years old, the average age is 59.5 years old, the age range from 44 to 82 years old.According to T stage, T1 has 13 cases, T2 has 34 cases, T3 has 11 cases. According to the case type, there are 14 cases of squamous cell carcinoma, 41 cases of adenocarcinoma and 3 cases of other types. According to the number of lymph node metastasis in N 2, there were 29 cases in one group and 29 cases in multiple groups. According to whether chemotherapy, chemotherapy in 39 cases, 19 cases of non chemotherapy. According to whether radiotherapy, radiotherapy in 8 cases, 50 cases of radiotherapy,According to different ways of opening the chest, 19 cases of open chest, 39 cases of chest mirror.According to the statistical results, the 1, 3, 5 years survival rate of patients was 84.2%, 42.3%, and 21.3% respectively. Univariate analysis showed results in which gender, age, pathology, tumor size, chemotherapy, open chest method, radiotherapy P values were greater than 0.05, no clinical significance statistically, N2 lymph node group number P value of less than 0.05, clinically significant statistically, is the prognosis the main factors. Multivariate analysis showed that the results of N2 lymph node metastasis number P values <0.05, statistically significant independent prognostic factors. The rest of pathology, tumor size, chemotherapy, radiotherapy P values were greater than 0.05, no statistically significant clinical.Conclusion:N2 lymph node metastasis is an important factor that affects the survival of patients with NSCLC ⅢA-N2. Sex, age, pathological type, tumor size, chemotherapy, radiotherapy, open chest method P values were greater than 0.05, statistically no clinical significance. N2 lymph nodes in patients with non-small cell lung cancer is a major, its contents to be further excavated, to provide a more clear direction for the treatment of N2 lung cancer patients. |
