Objective:The diagnosis technology of non-small cell lung cancer(NSCLC)and the treatment method of multi-disciplinary combination continue to improve, the improvement of survival rate is still unsatisfactory,so people pay more and more attention to the factors that affect the prognosis of NSCLC.We used retrospective analysis to explore the factors influencing the survival of NSCLC patients after surgery, through the biological characteristics of patients and the colloid gel droplet embedded culture drug sensitivity Combined with the test results of CD-DST,to explore the influence of cddst on the survival rate of patients with NSCLC after radical operation. Methods :201 patients with non-small cell lung cancer diagnosed by pathology in The Department of Thoracic Surgery,General Hospital of Northern Theater Command from January 1,2015 to January 1,2018 were selected. The survival time is in months, excluding patients who died of diseases other than lung cancer. The data collected included age, sex, smoking history, pathological type, differentiation degree, operation method, number of lymph node groups,TNM stage and chemotherapy or not. After all information is collected and integrated,it will be quantified and assigned. The pathological types were evaluated according to UICC and AJCC,using the Eighth International TNM staging standard for lung cancer.SPSS 25.0 software was used to analyze the above factors and data.Logistic regression equation was used to analyze the correlation between sex, age, smoking history,TNM classification, number of lymph nodes, operation mode, chemotherapy and other factors and the survival of non-small cell lung cancer patients. The survival of the patients treated with CD-DST was compared with that of the patients treated with conventional chemotherapy and the patients without chemotherapy, and the survival curve was analyzed by Kaplan Meier method. Results: The results showed that age, smoking history and TNM stage were negatively correlated with the prognosis of NSCLC patients by logistic analysis.Thenumber of lymph node dissection group, lobectomy and postoperative chemotherapy were protective factors for the prognosis of NSCLC patients(P < 0.05).The results showed that the survival rates of the two groups were 87.5% vs 83.5% and 73.0% vs63.8% at 12 and 24 months after operation, respectively(P = 0.704 and P = 0.181 >0.05),and 66.2% vs 63.8% at 40 months after operation The difference was statistically significant(P = 0.038).The results of this study showed that the mortality rate of the control group was higher within 40 months after operation. With the extension of follow-up time, the mortality rate of the patients began to decline gradually, suggesting that the survival rate of the patients showed a decreasing trend over time. Conclusion :(1)Postoperative chemotherapy can improve the survival rate.(2)Age is negatively correlated with the survival rate of patients. The older the patients are,the worse the survival rate is.(3)TNM staging was significantly correlated with postoperative survival rate. The later staging, the worse survival.(4)Patients who smoke have a worse prognosis.(5)The survival time of lobectomy is longer than that of non lobectomy.(6)The more lymph nodes were cleared, the longer survival time of patients.(7)According to the results of CD-DST,chemotherapy can significantly improve the survival rate of patients.
