| BackgroundSoldier’s psychological quality is an important part of the overall quality, healthy psychology is the basis of effectiveness. Effectively monitoring and assessmrnt of mental health of soldiers will be helpful to develop appropriate plan for military training. Currently satellites were widely used in military, meteorological satellite, navigation, satellite TV, disaster relief, and other fields, satellite center and carries on satellites, and spacecrafts. All the services were offered by solders, and those people were kay of all precoss. In recent years, a lot of research focused on the mental health of soldiers in the army, armed police and remote land and coastal defense forces, etc.However the mental health of officers and soldiers of in these fields are rarely reported. Trying to establish an psychological quality education training mode, and to maintain the satellite military mental health is very necessary. This study screened a satellite center 3831 soldiers with the method of serology detection to explore its physical health of officers and soldiers.Aim:One satellite measurement and control center of 3831 officers and soldiers were screened with serological detection to detect the hepatic function, renal function, blood sugar, blood lipid, hepatitis B virus surface antigen(HBs Ag), hepatitis B virus surface antibody(HBs Ab), antibody of hepatitis C virus(HCV), human immunodeficiency virus(HIV) antibodies and treponema pallidum antibody(TP), and other immunological data, to understand their physical status. By general situation questionnaire, the crowd sociodemographic characteristics, the characteristics of mental control scale and coping styles, psychological control ability were investigated and psychological health status and its influencing factors were primarily described.MethodsFrom March to May 2014, 3831 officers and soldiers who were taking physical examination in the people’s liberation army 518 hospital of one satellite center were surveyed, and serological tests were also conducted. Mental health status and its influencing factors were measured by psychological control ability questioners and other questioners. Using Epi Date software to establish database, SPSS software for statistical analysis. The basic situation of the t test, the psychological correlation study using the double variables correlation analysis, the correlation factor uses the multiple linear regression analysis, and constructs the multiple linear regression model.Results1, In this study 4000 people were screened and 3831(95.78%)of them were enrolled. Enrolled Respondents age ranged from 15.94 to 60.40 y, bachelor degree or above accounted for 50.8%, unmarried accounted for 60.4%. 2, None of the subjects were infected with HCV, HIV and TP. Positive rate for HBs Ag is 0.03%. HBs Ab positive rate was 55.83%.10.55% of them were with abnormal liver function. 9.23% and 2.48%.of them were abnormal with TG and TC. 3, The psychological control ability, powerful others and opportunity of officers and soldiers were 32.67 ±4.58, 22.24 ±6.06 and 6.06±5.33 respectively. All the scores in officers were significantly higher than that of normality and medical staff(p<0.01).At the same time, the measurement and control officers and soldiers of internal control and the opportunity was significantly lower than ordinary college students(p<0.05), power of others is significantly higher than the ordinary college students(p<0.01). 4, The average score of positive and negative response were 36.17 ±5.84, 5.84 ±6.63 respectively. Positive response is significantly higher than norm(p<0.01), negative responseis significantly lower than the norm(p<0.01). 5, Univariate analysis of the factors of mental health of the people included gender, former residence, grade, the degree, etc. The factors of Powerful others included population, level, education degree, job tension, working time, fatigue, marital status. The factors of Opportunity included education degree, nature of work, job tension, marital status, fatigue, etc. Positive and negative response were related to likeness to work, easy-working, powerful others and chance. 6, Multiple regression analysis of the factors on mental health show that : the degree of internal control including work like sex, fatigue and marital status. Among them, the lower the level of fatigue, internal control, and the higher level of work likeness, unmarried, internal control, the better; Powerful others including population, level, degree, work fatigue, love and marriage, the population is rural, low level and low degree, work fatigue with powerful others is lower, the more don’t like work, divorce is a strong powerful others, Opportunities including level, degree of work like, fatigue, and marital status. The high level, the stronger the fatigue degree opportunities, more like work, unmarried opportunities more weak.ConclusionsBoth the mental health and physical health of officers and soldiers in the satellite control center are in good condition and higher than that of normality. Characteristics of response were better than normal population. Good soldiers can be found out by testing of working nature, working likeness, fatigue. All the conclusions were will be helpful for future screening and military training. |
