| Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kubai Health-promoting Lotion on wound healing after the operation of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ anal fissure with the type of downward flow of damp-heat.Methods:Select 60 patients with stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ anal fissure of damp-heat injection type who were admitted to the hospital or outpatient department of the Second People’s Hospital Affiliated to Fujian University of Traditional Chinese Medicine from February 2022 to December 2022,and divide them into treatment group and control group according to random number table,with 30 patients in each group.Both patients in the two groups underwent anal dilation.From the first day after operation,the treatment group was given Kubai Health-promoting Lotion hip bath,and the control group was given potassium permanganate solution hip bath.The scores of wound pain,edema and exudation of wound secretion on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14th day after operation were observed and compared between the two groups;Compare the TCM syndrome scores of the two groups on the 1st and 14th day after operation;The serum levels of platelet-derived growth factor(PDGF)were compared between the two groups on the first day before surgery,the third day after surgery,and the seventh day after surgery;Measure the wound area on the 1st,7th and 14th day after operation,calculate the wound healing rate on the 7th and 14th day after operation,and record the wound healing time;Compare the quality of life scores(including physical health scores and mental health scores)between the two groups before and on the 28 th day after surgery;Compare the curative effect of TCM syndrome and comprehensive curative effect between the two groups after operation.Result:1.There was no significant difference in sex,age,course of disease and stage between the two groups(P>0.05),which was comparable.2.The scores of wound pain,edema and exudation of wound secretion in the two groups decreased with time on the 1st,3rd,7th and 14th day after operation(P<0.05);In the comparison of wound pain,the reduction of the treatment group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05);In the comparison of wound edema and exudation of wound secretion,the decrease in the treatment group on the3 rd,7th and 14th day after operation was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).3.The score of TCM syndrome in both groups on the 14th day after operation was lower than that on the 1st day after operation(P<0.05),and the decrease in the treatment group on the 14th day after operation was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).4.The serum PDGF level of patients in the two groups increased over time on the first day before surgery,the third day after surgery,and the seventh day after surgery(P<0.05),and the serum PDGF level in the treatment group on the 3rd and 7th day after operation was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).5.There was no difference in the wound healing rate between the two groups on the 7th day after operation(P>0.05),but the wound healing rate in the treatment group was significantly higher than that in the control group on the 14th day after operation(P<0.05),and the wound healing time in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).6.The physical and mental health scores of patients in both groups on the 28 th day after surgery were higher than those before surgery(P<0.05),and the increase in the treatment group on the 28 th day after surgery was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).7.The total effective rate of TCM syndrome effect and comprehensive effect in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kubai Health-promoting Lotion applied to after operation of stage Ⅱ and Ⅲ anal fissure with the type of downward flow of damp-heat,it can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of wound pain,edema and exudation of secretions,reduce the score of TCM syndromes,increase the level of serum PDGF,promote wound healing,shorten the healing time,improve the quality of life and clinical efficacy after surgery,and has clinical promotion value. |
