Objective To evaluate the biological activity and early bone binding capacity of titanium all kinds of coating by using micro-arc oxidation technique.Through the angle of biomechanics evaluation and interface morphology,histological examination and Torsion test.After micro-arc oxidation treatment of composite coating on titanium implants in the biocompatibility and bone bonding effect,and provide theory for clinic.Methods Titanium implant thread shape by micro-arc oxidation(UMAO)based on the use of silane / melatonin solution preparation of Ti-UMAO-SCL/Ti-UMAO-SCL-MT implant.Eghteen New Zealand rabbits were used.twenty four implants treated with Micro-arc Oxidation –silanes,and further assembly of melatonin as Ti-UMAO-SCL-MT,twenty four implants treated with Micro-arc Oxidation –silanes as Ti-UMAO-SCL and 20 control implants without were placed in the mandibule area of each tibia.Studies of new bone formation were subsequently made at 2,4,6 weeks.Following implantation,we used fluorescence sequential labeling technique.Through CBCT,torsion test and fluorescence labeling.By comparing with three implants,analysis and evaluation the osteogenesis ability.Results Assessment of CBCT low density image gradually narrowed on implants-bone interface,illustrating good compatibility between material and bone surface;After 2,4,6 weeks treatment period,C group Torsion are respectively 29.07±0.35N·cm?59.44±0.60 N·cm?58.26±0.66 N·cm higher than group A plus or minus18.36±0.95 N·cm?32.20±1.20 N·cm?38.02±0.36 N·cm and B 21.70±0.83 N·cm?39.29±0.39 N·cm?46.54±0.68 N·cm(P<0.05).Fluorescent obseravation show that time increased fluorescence marking surrounding around the implants with C group is most widest,when this kind of coating implant is compared with A?B group;Conclusions Implant treated with ultrasonic-micro-arc Oxidation-silane,and further assembly of melatonin can accelerate bone formation.It has better biological activity.So as the implant surface treatment method is reliable and promising.
