Objective: The study was designed to discuss the effect on the surface of pure titanium implant loading of Cyclo(RGD)ct on biological behavior of osteoblast.And to evaluate the biocompatibility of pure titanium with different surface treatmentsMethods: The surface treatment was constructed by Microarc Oxidation Technology and Chemical Coupling Technology.And the specimens in our research were divided into 3 groups: pure titanium ultrasonic micro-arc-oxidation(groupM);pure titanium ultrasonic micro-arc-oxidation-dopamine(groupP);and pure titanium ultrasonic micro-arc-oxidation-d opamine-Cyclo(RGD)(groupR).Scanning electron microscope were used to observe the surface morphology.The surface elements of the three groups were analyzed by energy spectrometer.CCK-8 experiment was used to detect the adhesion rate and proliferation of os teoblasts in different time points.Laser confocal microscopy was used to detect cytoskelet on microfilament stretch of obsteoblasts.Results: The scanning electron microscope and the coating of spectrum display was loaded successfully.And the results of CCK-8 showed that the OD value of group R was higher than group M and group P on tested times,and all the experiments showed significant difference(p < 0.05).Confocal laser microscope showed the cytoskeleton for m.During the same period,the spreading area and the number of microfilament and pseu dopodia of both group P and group R were better than group M.And the group R was the most conducive to cell stretch.Conclusions: The Ultrasonic Micro-arc Oxidation-Dopamine-Cyclo(RGD)coating showed a good effect on early adhesion and proliferation of osteoblast.And this study has some clinical significance for oral implantation.
