Objective investigate the microclimate condition in yinchuan suburban vegetable greenhouses, grasp the status of pesticide residues in vegetable and soil, statistic analysis the condition of pesticide exposure in workers, to understand the current situation of the crowd cardiovascular health and explore the related factors that affect the cardiovascular health.Methods use the present situation investigation, systematic random sampling method to choose two districts of yinchuan, a county, a total of four growing concentration of greenhouse vegetables park as survey sites. A random sample of 39 seats for the inside and outside environment in greenhouse vegetable and organophosphorus, carbamate, quasi deinsectization strain of pesticide residues in the soil environment strain by GC- MS methods. Through the method of questionnaire survey on 448 greenhouse vegetables growers by 1 to 1 questionnaire survey, to provide the basis for quantitative survey. Select 50%(237) random Ly to take the electrocardiogram, blood pressure and other cardiovascular health check-up survey object. The situation of three kinds of pesticides: 9 kinds of organophosphorus pesticide are all checked out, detection rate is 100%, the highest detection rate is ethoprophos,the second is fenitrothion; 5 kinds of carbamates pesticide are checked out, detection rate is 25.64%; 5 kinds of pyrethroids pesticide are checked out, detection rate is 92.31%, Three kinds of pesticide detection rate difference is statistically significant(P > 0.05).3, The questionnaire survey informationIn the 448 cases of the object of study, 241 men and 207 women.Personal habits: With a total of 168 people smoking, 161 people drinking alcohol; due to the intensity of labor and the nature of work relations, they eat irregularly, 180 people eat two meals a day, which accounts for 40.18%;198 people don't eat breakfast,which accounts for 44.2%.Greenhouse planting: The majority engaged in vegetable greenhouse operations plant within 5 years, which accounts for 58.04%; Most plant vegetable greenhouse under five acres, which accounts for 62.05%; Most of them worked in eight hours or more in daily work, which accounts for 51.12%; Most of them worked over 300 days a year, which accounts for 54.24%.Pesticide usage: 81.47% growers exists the condition of use mixed pesticides;74.33% growers spraying pesticides by themselves;78.13% growers spraying pesticides per 7 or 14 days; 61.16% growers spraying pesticides between 1 to 2 hours.Safety knowledge and behavior: when they spraying pesticide, the rate of behaviors such as drinking, smoking, chat in the order is : 11.38%?7.59%?44.20%;the rate of growers without protective measures in the process of spraying pesticide is 27.9%; the rate of growers in contact with pesticides choose to change clothes, bath, wash your hands immediately after operation is 56.47%?27.68%?81.25%; 82 growers do not know the question of contact way of pesticides and the human body,which accounts for 18.3%.Pesticide cumulative exposure group: According to the pesticides cumulative exposure score formula, calculate the 448 subjects of pesticide cumulative exposure intensity grading. Investigators will be divided into low exposure group, the exposed group and high exposed group as 33%(8.192)and 67%(24.576). Do test for the distribution of the crowd general information in the exposed group, the exposed group was statistically significant difference in age layer distribution(P > 0.05).Cardiovascular disease happens that complained of symptoms: 7 questionnaire involved in cardiovascular multiple symptoms, the right back squeezing, involve pain occurred in 63 cases, which accounts for 14.1%. Considering that work in the two environment discrepancy may affect the personnel health hazards. In addition to the temperature humidity, the harmful gas such as nitrogen oxides, sulfur dioxide, also significantly higher than in toutdoor. It will harm the long-term work personnel's health, which should take seriously.The greenhouse vegetables and soil pesticide detection rate is high, variety, there are many common pesticides residue phenomenon, and some pesticides is overweight.The vegetable greenhouse operators increase the risk of pesticide exposure because of the lower level of culture, pesticide knowledge insufficiency, the labor intensity and the lack ego to protect consciousness and behavior.Vegetable greenhouses work environment exists cardiovascular disease risk factors,the working environment in the greenhouse planting crowd cardiovascular health is not optimistic, should strengthen the attention.
