The Difference Of Therapeutic Effect Between Acupuncture Single Point And Compatibility Acupoints On Functional Dyspepsia

Objective: The purpose of this study is to observe the difference of clinical efficacy between single acupoint and compatibility acupoints in the treatment of functional dyspepsia,through clinical observation of the combination of acupuncture at single acupoint and compatibility acupoints,so as to determine the clinical law of acupuncture with single point and compatibility acupoints in the treatment of functional dyspepsia.Methods: A total of 72 cases of functional dyspepsia were included.The patients were divided into single point group(Zhongwan)and compatibility acupoints group(Zhongwan+ Zusanli)with 36 cases in each group by random number table method.The efficacy differences within and between groups before and after acupuncture treatment were compared by using the Nepean Dyspepsia Life Quality Index(NDLQI)and Overall Treatment Effect(OTE).Results:(1)Improvement in the NDLQI group after treatment: both the two acupuncture schemes can significantly increase the overall average score of NDLQI and the score of the four major areas in patients with functional dyspepsia,and the comparison before and after treatment has statistical significance(p<0.05).(2)The results of the comparison between the two groups showed that there was no statistical difference in the overall average score of NDLQI between the two groups and the score of the four fields before treatment(p>0.05).After the treatment,the improvement of the overall average score of NDLQI and the improvement of the food and beverage field in the single point group and acupoint combination group had statistical significance(p<0.05),while the improvement of the score in the interference field,cognitive control field and sleep field had no statistical significance(p>0.05).(3)The overall curative effect of the single acupoint group and the compatible acupoint group was compared,the total effective rate of the compatible acupoint group was 94.4%,and that of the single acupoint group was 80.6%.According to Ridit analysis,Z=-2.063,p=0.039,p<0.05,indicating that the overall efficacy of acupoint matching group was statistically different from that of single point group.Conclusion:1.Both acupuncture acupoint compatibility and single acupoint compatibility were effective in treating functional dyspepsia,but acupoint compatibility had advantages in overall efficacy,overall quality of life and dietary improvement;2.There was no significant difference between acupoint compatibility and single acupoint in the disturbance field,recognition control field and sleep field of improving patients' life.The results showed that the combination of single acupoint and acupoint could achieve the same therapeutic effect.
