The Research On Spectral Rules Of Acupoints' Selection And Compatibility About Lumbago Base On Periodical Literature

Purpose: Putting the effective disease osphyalgia as a point of penetration to collect comprehensively and arrange acupuncture treatment of osphyalgiaprescription in contemporary periodical and literature,Using data mining technology to explore the acupoint treatment of osphyalgia and the law of selective preference and compatibility of medicines,then establish law spectrum.The aim is to lay the foundation for the basic theory and clinical research of this project and to look for a breakthrough in the study of acupuncture treatment of osphyalgia.Method: Making use of electronic search Chinese CNKI,Wanfang database(WF),VIP database as the foundation,useing Excel to collect and arrange acupuncture treatment of osphyalgia prescription in contemporary periodical and literature and setting up the literature database.With the help of data mining technology,the frequency,the tropism,the attribute,the distribution and the compatibility of the acupoints were analyzed statisticed to establish law spectrum of selective preference and compatibility of medicines.Result: After screening and arranging,a total of 488 documents on the acupuncture treatment of osphyalgiaand578 prescription documents about acupuncture treatment of osphyalgia were collected,involving 109 acupoint,a total of 2067 frequency,covering 13 meridians.Results of acupoint frequency analysis :almost Weizhong kidney and large intestine acupoint;Results of meridian correlation analysis: Meridian of Foot-Taiyang(BL)were main meridians.The results of part correlation analysis: most is the limbs and the small of the back.Correlation analysis of specific acupoints:Five-shu points were valued.Compatibility of medicines analysis: Of all the prescriptions,the compatibility of medicines of prescription accounted for 62.11%,and the two acupoints with the most supportive compatibility is kidney shu?Weizhong.And regional compatibility is dominated bylocal and distal acupoints.Conclusion: 1.the treatment of osphyalgia are mainly based on compatibility of medicines prescription and the local and distal acupoints are the most important.2?Contemporary acupuncture physiciansfocus on the acupoint selection along its own meridianin the selective preference of acupoints for the treatment of osphyalgia and the use of specific acupoints is also important.
