Clinical Observation Of Sanshensihuang Jiangtang Capsule To Treat Patients With Type 2 Diabetes(qi And Yin Deficiency And Blood Stasis Syndrome)

Objective:To evaluate the curative effect of traditional Chinese medicine compound preparations Sansensihuang Jiangtang Capsule on Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type 2 diabetes.Methods:80 cases of type 2 diabetes patients in outpatient department and hospitalization department of Jianshi Xian TCM Hospital that accord with inclusion standards were included in this study and were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 40 cases in each group.During the treatment process,all patients were taught about diabetes information and all followed diet and exercise therapy.Patients from the control group were given insulin human injection,with the initial dosage 0.44U/(kg·d),subcutaneous injection at 30 min before meal,2 times a day,with the proportional distribution of 1:1 on the basis of breakfast and dinner.The insulin dosage should be adjusted according to fasting blood glucose and postprandial 2h blood glucose.One month was one course and curative effects were evaluated after three continuous courses.On the basis of the control group,Sansensihuang Jiangtang Capsule(produced by Jianshi Xian TCM Hospital and approved by Enshi state food and drug administration,approval number ZC2004003)was added to the observation group,4 capsules each time and 3 times each day for oral administration.The clinical symptoms,fasting blood glucose,postprandial 2h blood glucose,glycosylated hemoglobin and safety index of patients from two groups before and after treatment were observed.Two groups had no significant difference in gender,age,disease course,indexes before treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the two groups was compared,the total effective rate of the observation group was 90.32%,and the total effective rate of the control group was 78.79%.Comparing curative effects of two groups,P<0.05,and the difference had significance,indicating that the total effective rate of the observation group was better than that of the control group.In the aspect of TCM syndrome,comparing the observation group and the control group after treatment,P<0.05 and the difference had significance,the observation group was better than that of the control group.comparing the observation group and the control group after treatment,P<0.05 and the difference had significance,the observation group was better than the control group.After the treatment course,there was no adverse reaction.Conclusion:Both methods have good curative effect on treating Qi and Yin deficiency and blood stasis type 2 diabetes.The curative effect of Sansensihuang Jiangtang Capsule group is better than that of single western medicine group.So the drug is of good safety.It is worthy of further application.
