Objective:The application of two kinds of active knee flexion time in patients with total knee arthroplasty to explore an optimal intervention time for the recovery of knee function. Methods:A 3 armour hospital orthopaedics in October 2015-July 2016 the first line of patients with total knee arthroplasty, according to rule out standard collection of 62 cases with random number table is divided into two groups, according to weed out off standard, eventually included in 60 cases.Awake after anesthesia group(n=30)patients with knee knees practice actively, according to the laws of Tens a total of 10 times/day/group,3 group, patients with knee Angle for maximum range, encourage patients with ankle pump movement and isometric contraction quadriceps exercises,to increase venous return alleviate limb swelling, pain in patients with functional exercise need to endure, step by step, after 2 weeks knees 90° or higher;3 days postoperatively in patients with the control group(n=30)began to practice active bend your knees, bend your knees before the lower limb muscle strength training, the rest of the functional exercise intensity with the experimental group.By comparing the two groups of patients with knee VAS scores, degree of swelling, joint mobility and HSS score to analyze different exercise time active recovery of knee joint function after total knee arthroplasty patients.Keeping the data collection to preoperative and postoperative day 1,day 3,7 days,14 days, the medical statistics software SPSS 19.0 results of statistical analysis,in order to evaluate the two groups of patients with knee joint function.Results:1.There was no significant difference in age and gender between the two groups(P>0.05).2.VAS score:there was no significant difference between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);after first days, third days, seventh days and two group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the patients in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in control group;after fourteenth days there was no statistically significant difference(P>0.05).3.Swelling:there was no significant difference between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);after first days in patients with wound pad package, affect the accuracy of measurement results, the measurement is not given, after third days, seventh days and two group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group patients with limb swelling degree than the control group;fourteenth days after operation showed no statistically difference between the two groups meaning(P>0.05).4 Joint activity:there was no significant difference between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);the control group after first days without active knees,no measure of knee joint activity;after third days, seventh days, fourteenth days and two group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group than the control group.5.HSS score:there was no significant difference between the two groups before surgery(P>0.05);after first days and third days were not walking, not using the HSS knee score;after seventh days, fourteenth days and two group differences were statistically significant(P<0.05),the experimental group than the control group.Conclusions:1.This study shows that the day after the surgery can improve the active flexion of knee joint, knee flexion 90 degrees to shorten the time, but increases the pain, limb swelling;2.The study showed that active knee flexion on the day after operation can promote the recovery of knee function. However, due to the shorter study time and the lack of large samples, the long-term effect needs further observation.
