Clinical Trial Of Rouganhuaxian Pellet Combined With Bone Marrow Stem Cells Transplantation In Liver Cirrhosis

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of Rouganhuaxian pellet combined with bone marrow stem cells transplantation in liver cirrhosis.Methods: With the method of random grouping,select into standard hepatitis b cirrhosis of the liver,90 cases of patients with liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome.Randomly divided into 2 groups,each 45 cases,control group with routine treatment of internal comprehensive therapy and autologous Bone marrow stem cells transplantation,the treatment group is based on the control group,and then Rouganhuaxian pellet was given.two groups were observed after treatment of 4 weeks,12 weeks and 24 weeks and48 weeks in the liver function(ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB)and blood coagulation function index change,the liver MRI-DWI of ADC was observed before and after the treatment.Results:(1)Clinical curative effect: The treatment group of 41 cases.Total effective rate 90.24%,control group,42 cases,the total effective rate was71.43%,the treatment group is better than that of control group,the difference statistically significant(P<0.05),Rouganhuaxian grannules can improve the bone marrow stem cells transplantation for the treatment of hepatitis b cirrhosis(liver and kidney Yin deficiency syndrome)clinical curative effect,improve the clinical symptoms of patiens.(2)In terms of liver function improved: the treatment group ALT,AST index decline than the control group obviously after 4 weeks treatment, statistically significant difference(P<0.05);after 12,24,48 weeks treatment,improvement of ALT,AST,TBIL,ALB in patients with the treatment group are better than the control group,the difference was significant(P<0.05orP<0.01).In 24 week and 48 weeks treatment,the treatment group in improving blood clotting function better than the control group obviously,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05),it is suggesting Rouganhuaxian grannules can improve the bone marrow stem cells transplantation in patients with liver function..(3)In terms of liver cirrhosis delayed: ADC values in the two groups after treatment than before treatment increased,the difference is statistically significant(P<0.01).After 48 weeks treatment,the ADC value of the treatment group was increased to 1.38±0.02(×10?3mm2/s),while the AOD value of the control group increased to 1.37±0.01(×10? 3mm2/s).The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Rouganhuaxian grannules combined with BMSCs can delay liver cirrhosis.(4)Safety: The transplantation of two groups of patients has not been serious adverse reaction and intraoperative and postoperative complications of cell transplantation,Rouganhuaxian grannules combined with bone marrow stem cells transplantation are safe and reliable joint.Conclusions:(1)The measured ADC values were correlated with the markers of routine liver function test,and the ADC value increased with the improvement of liver function.(2)Patients with bone marrow stem cells transplantation can improve the liver function,delay the progress of liver fibrosis.Rouganhuaxian grannules can improve the effect of the transplantation(3)Rouganhuaxian grannules combined with bone marrow stem cells in the treatment of patients with cirrhosis of the liver and kidney yin deficiency is safe,without obvious adverse reactions,is a safe and effective treatment method.
