The treatment course was 28 days. After therapeutic observation, we make an objective evaluation about efficiency and security of the medicines through laboratory tests and statistical analysis.Results: The safety determination: The abnormal rate of safety indicators by statistical analysis was P> 0.05, there weren't obvious differences between before and after treatment. The effect determination: The total effective rate was 83.33%, the effective rate of TCM Syndromes was 86.67%. The neuralgic defect degree, total life capacity and TCM Syndromes points by statistical analysis was P <0.05, there were significant differences between before and after treatment, but the result after treatment was superior to before treatment.Conclusion: Through 30 examples clinical observation, Self-Huayu Tongluo soup that could improve blood circulation removing blood stasis had the remarkable curative effect whether it was in improving the degree of neurological deficit, TCM Syndrome points, or improving the individual symptoms.There wasn't the poisonous or negative effect in the experiment, which showed this medicine was safe and reliable,was chinese medicine formula of research value and development prospects.
