Moxibust Ion Combined With Auricular Application Pressure Treatment Clinical Observation Of Exercise-induced Fatigue

Modern athletic sports career developing rapidly,sports training become more strict,if long-term high intensity training athletes fatigue and not promptly restore will appear after exercise-induced fatigue,seriously affect the play of the technical level of the athletes and the improvement of athletic ability.For the treatment of fatigue,western medicine is given priority to with energy,can improve their performance,eliminate fatigue,but the athletes body has the certain side effects,the damage to the liver and kidney function is irreversible.The doctor of traditional Chinese medicine for the treatment of fatigue effect is becoming more and more widely attention.Moxibustion and ear therapy as an important part of Chinese medicine discipline,has great advantages,because it can stimulate the body's own function,stimulate the meridians,benign two-way adjustment function,its prevention and treatment of the unique advantages of fatigue appeared gradually,worthy of our extensive research.Objective:Found in the actual clinical moxibustion and separate system which used for the recovery of exercise fatigue effect,also see the relevant records in historical documents research.For the further research of moxibustion combined with the pressure of auricular application in treatment of the joint action of fatigue and its clinical effect,for athletes to provide effective new ideas and new ways to improve the exercise fatigue.Methods:In guangzhou university town in male athletes in the colleges and universities into qualified subjects of 90 cases aged 18 a 27 years old,the body healthy,daily exercise.According to random number table method were randomly divided into moxibustion group,the auricular application group and moxibustion plus auricular application group.Moxibustion group of 30 cases,ear group of 30 cases,moxibustion plus auricular application group 30 cases.A day after the training,acupuncture moxibustion group close yuan of acupuncture point,st 36 points;Ear group take the spleen,kidney,heart,liver,sympathetic,lung,and endocrine system for regular post pressure;Moxibustion plus auricular application using the above two methods of common treatment.Three groups of subjects from the first day of a week after the training began to accept treatment,a total of two training period(4 weeks),respectively,for each group in the treatment before and after the end of the first day of training over the last two training cycle to immediately after completion of training fatigue subjective score(RPE),signs and symptoms score evaluation.Moxibustion and the points are once every 2 days treatment,treatment 2 weeks for a period of treatment,continuous observation of two course of treatment.After the treatment,compared before and after fatigue test subjects subjective score values(RPE),signs and symptoms score.Results:After 4 weeks,moxibustion group,the auricular application group and moxibustion plus points of subjective feeling fatigue rating score evaluation(RPE),symptoms and signs in the first and the last contrast showed a trend of decrease,group and moxibustion plus points are better than the other two groups.After treatment,the symptoms in the treatment efficacy of moxibustion plus auricular application group total effective rate was 93.33%,moxibustion group total effective rate was 66.67%,the points group total effective rate was 26.67%.Shows that moxibustion combined with exercise fatigue points treatment group obvious advantages,its curative effect is superior to moxibustion group and system group.Conclusion:In moxibustion combined with auricular application under pressure adjusting treatment,moxibustion plus points and the other two groups in the subjective feeling fatigue rating score(RPE),symptoms and signs of assessment,there are significant differences.Moxibustion combined with auricular application pressure therapy after treatment,compared with the rest of the group,physical strength and competitive ability,treatment of exercise-induced fatigue effect is obvious,that moxibustion combined with auricular application pressure can be treated effectively exercise fatigue.
