| Object:This study is a cross-sectional study based on the "Danyang epidemiology".The skin temperature of the Five Shu points and the Yuan-Source acupoint of the gallbladder meridian in the Danyang population are detected by infrared thermography, from which the correlation between the blood pressure of the Danyang population and the skin temperature of the Five Shu points and the Yuan-Source acupoint of the gallbladder meridian can be analyzed so that we can seek for acupoints related to blood pressure with the perspective of the skin temperature of acupoints. With diagnostic criteria for hypertension, the population can be divided into a hypertension group and a normal blood pressure group.By comparing and analyzing the skin temperature characteristics of the Five Shu points and the Yuan-Source acupoint of the gallbladder meridian in the hypertension group,we can search for acupoints related to hypertension with the perspective of the skin temperature of acupoints and discuss the correlation of "viscera-acupoints" from hypertension to provide the reference for the clinical acupuncture treatment of hypertension. Methods:From May 05,2019 to May 27,2019,according to the corresponding inclusion and exclusion criteria,we conducted field investigation and data collection on 891 residents in 5 randomly selected station communities in nanjing city, jiangsu province.Data collection included basic personal information, information about past medical history and drug use, immediate blood pressure, infrared heat maps of the Five Shu points and the Yuan-Source acupoint of the gallbladder meridian. Finally,we carried out the correlation analysis of single factor and multi-factor about the collected data.Results:1.The correlation analysis of the skin infrared temperature of the Five Shu points of the gallbladder meridian and the systolic blood pressure indicates that the skin infrared temperature of bilateral Zuqiaoyin and Xia xi was negatively correlated with the systolic blood pressure by the correlation analysis of single factor and multi-factor(p<0.05);There is no significant correlation of single factor analysis between the skin infrared temperature of bilateral Zulinqi and the systolic blood pressure(p>0.05),however,the correlation of multi-factor analysis is significant(p<0.05);The skin infrared temperature of bilateral Yang fu and Yanglingquan is significantly correlated with the systolic blood pressure by the analysis of single factor(p<0.05),nevertheless,the correlation of multi-factor analysis is insignificant(p>0.05).2.The correlation analysis of the skin infrared temperature of the Five Shu points of the gallbladder meridian and the diastolic blood pressure indicates that the skin infrared temperature of bilateral Zuqiaoyin,Xia xi and Zulinqi and left Yanglingquan is insignificantly correlated with the diastolic blood pressure by the analysis of single factor(p>0.05),however,the correlation of multi-factor analysis is significant(p<0.05);The skin infrared temperature of bilateral Yang fu is significantly correlated with the diastolic blood pressure by the analysis of single factor(p<0.05),nevertheless,the correlation of multi-factor analysis is insignificant(p>0.05);The correlation between the skin infrared temperature of right Yanglingquan and the diastolic blood pressure by the analysis of single factor is close to significant(p=0.05),however,the correlation of multi-factor analysis is insignificant(p>0.05).3.The correlation analysis of the skin infrared temperature of the Yuan-Source acupoint of the gallbladder meridian and the blood pressure indicates that the skin infrared temperature of Qiuxu is insignificantly correlated with the systolic blood pressure by the analysis of single factor(p>0.05),however,the correlation of multi-factor analysis is significant(p<0.05);The skin infrared temperature of Qiuxu is insignificantly correlated with the diastolic blood pressure by the analysis of single factor(p>0.05),nevertheless,the correlation of multi-factor analysis is significant(p<0.05).4.The comparison between the skin infrared temperature of the same acupoints in the hypertension group and the normal blood pressure group indicates that the skin infrared temperature of bilateral Yang fu and right Yanglingquan in the hypertension group is higher than that in the normal blood pressure group, which is statistically significant(p<0.05);Nevertheless,the comparison between the skin infrared temperature of bilateral Zuqiaoyin,Xia xi,Zulinqi and Qiuxu and left Yanglingquan in the hypertension group and the normal blood pressure group has no statistical difference(p>0.05).Conclusion:1.The skin infrared temperature of bilateral Zuqiaoyin and Xia xi was negatively correlated with the systolic blood pressure by the correlation analysis of single factor and multi-factor,which means that the higher the systolic blood pressure increases, the lower the skin infrared temperature of bilateral Zuqiaoyin and Xiaxi decreases. Therefore, the skin infrared temperature of bilateral Zuqiaoyin and Xiaxi has the specificity of the meridians reflecting the systolic blood pressure.2.The skin infrared temperature of bilateral Yang fu and right Yanglingquan in patients with hypertension was significantly different from that of people with normal blood pressure, which has the specificity of the meridians reflecting the hypertension.3.This study provides an objective basis for the theory of "viscera-acupoints" with the perspective of that the skin infrared temperature of the Five Shu points and the Yuan-Source acupoint of the gallbladder meridian is related to blood pressure and hypertension. |
