ObjectiveThe evaluation is based on the effect of the mobile phone APP about healthyknowledge in the post-operative patients with laryngeal cancer. Continuity of service mode is available for patients and their families to obtain knowledge of care and guidance, so as to reduce the workloads of nursing staff and improving the post-operative laryngeal cancer patients' quality of life.MethodsOne hundred and twenty patients with laryngeal cancer were selected as the research objects who were admitted to a third-grade class-A Hospital in He Nan province between September 2015 and June 2016. They were diagnosed as laryngeal cancer by pathological examination and surgically treated by the manner of total laryngectomy or partial laryngectomy. The research objects were divided into two groups by the method of random number table, namely the observation group and the intervention group. Each group has 60 cases. Two groups of the patients were admitted into the hospital and are told to download "rehabilitation assistance" software and log in post-operative knowledge platform of laryngeal carcinoma immediately to acquire related healthy knowledge about notes before and after operation, rehabilitation exercises and psycho-relaxation exercises, etc. After the intervention of family care and hospital patients who continue to use the software, can continue to repeatedly review notes and accept the relevant knowledge after discharge push, can also get the answer and knowledge of nursing professional medical personnel through the software platform, and telephone follow-up, patients in the control group no longer accept after discharge related knowledge push send. Background staff in the software can investigate the frequency of use of patients and their caregivers, the intervention group patients in the use of less frequency, by telephone to inform patients and their caregivers to strengthen the using. Measured scale self nursing ability and quality of life in the 1 days before discharge,3 months after discharge for two groups of patients in the European Organization for Research and Treatment of Cancer Quality of Life Questionnaires-core 30 version(EORTC QLQ-C30) and The European Organization for research into the treatment of cancer quality of life questionnaire for head and neck cancer(EORTC QLQ-H&N35) and the Appraisal of Self-Care Agency Scale(ASAS-R), the quality of life of patients and the level of self-care. The research data were processed by SPSS19.0 software package, and the results were analyzed by chi square test, T test, rank sum analysis and other statistical methods. Results Firstly, the quality of life in the scores of the intervention group of various functional areas and overall healthy level are higher than those of the observation group three months after discharging from hospital, and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).meanwhile, the scores of the intervention group of all symptomatic domains are lower than those of the observation group, and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05). Secondly, the nursing ability score of the intervention group patients are higher than that of the observation group three months after discharging from hospital and the difference is statistically significant(P < 0.05).ConclusionFirstly, based on the APP of the mobile phone, the continuity of nursing can reduce the workload of the nursing staff, broaden the service concept of nursing staff, improve service efficiency. Secondly, based on the APP of mobile phone, the continuity of nursing can reduce the economic burden of the post-operative with laryngeal cancer and their caregivers, enhance the self-caring ability and quality of life of patients after discharge.
