| Objective: The method of Yiqi Jiedu is a method of treating gastric cancer based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine and clinical experience.The aim is to study the effect of traditional Chinese medicine combined with chemotherapy on the quality of life of patients with locally advanced gastric cancer in stage Ⅱ～Ⅲ after operation.Gradually improve the theory of Yiqi Jiedu syndrome to further promote the extensive development of clinical and experimental research.Methods:All cases were randomly divided into treatment group and chemotherapy group with 32 cases in each group.The Chinese herbal medicine decoction comes from Henan Provincial Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine,Each dose is divided into two bags,200 ml per bag of traditional Chinese medicine,heated to take,two bags per day,Thirty-two patients in the treatment group began to take Chinese medicine seven days before chemotherapy,and then Chinese medicine and chemotherapy were carried out simultaneously.Thirty-two patients received systemic chemotherapy with SOX regimen.One course was 21 days,totaling 4 courses.To observe the changes of QLQ-STO22 score,KPS,TCM syndromes,CEA and CA199,toxicity and side effects in patients with locally advanced gastric cancer in stage Ⅱ～Ⅲ after operation.Results:In terms of the index of curative effect,gastric cancer specific scale score,total score and improvement rate of TCM syndromes,KPS score and c urative effect grade comparison,the combination of Yiqi Jiedu method and SO X had advantages over control group(P<0.05);in terms of toxicity and side ef fects,leukopenia,thrombocytopenia,hemoglobin reduction and nausea and vomi ting,the treatment group improved more significantly than the control group(P<0.05),the two groups.CEA and CA199,peripheral nerve damage and liver fu nction damage had no significant advantages compared with the control group(P > 0.05),but the numerical values of CEA and CA199 in both groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment(P<0.05). |
