Correlation Analysis Of Perceived Situation And Health Promoting Lifestyle In Patients With Acute Cerebral Accident During Rehabilitation Period

ObjectiveTo investigate the awareness in patients with acute cerebral accident during rehabilitation period between health promoting lifestyle and perceived situation and the correlation between the two groups were systematic and comprehensive, In this analysis, we did a comprehensive research and we also provide reference for stroke patients in clinical practice and clinical rehabilitation research. MethodsDuring December 2014 to 2015 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University of rehabilitation of stroke patients with 312 cases as the object of study by the international general illness perception questionnaire CIPQ-R and Health Promoting Lifestyle Scale ?(HPLP ?) of 312 cases of convalescent stroke patients perceived control of health life style and health status questionnaire, and the collected questionnaire data to carry on the system analysis. Using spss17.0 statistical software to descriptive the basic data, and analysis the correlation between the international general illness perception questionnaire CIPQ-R and Health Promoting Lifestyle Scale ?(HPLP ?) with Pearson correlation analysis. Results(1) study scores for stroke disease status for each dimension of perceived control(4.13+0.57) points, according to the score from high to low ranking were: emotional representations(4.54+0.44), disease(4.37+0.34), treatment control(4.23+0.36), serious the consequences of(4.16+0.40), control(4.07+0.40), disease cycle(3.97+0.41), disease(acute / chronic)(3.88+0.52);(2) the total score for each dimension of healthy living condition for(2.47+0.76) points, according to the score from high to low ranking were: exercise(2.72+0.44), nutrition(2.65+0.60), health responsibility(2.48+0.37), interpersonal relationships(2.44+0.52), pressure management(2.34+0.43), self realization(2.33+0.49);(3) We used the Pearson method to analyze the correlation between two groups after we collect the result of the two questionnaire paper. Finally,we found that the results of analysis between two questionnaire paper showed that the patient's CIPQ-R and ? HPLP with a highly negative correlation, and we found that the difference between two groups was statistically significant since the value of P <0.05. Conclusion1.A community rehabilitation of stroke patients for disease cognition level is not high.2.For their own health lifestyle management ability is insufficient, it's necessary to relevant clinical medical staff to give a comprehensive and systematic and for intervention and guidance, so as to effectively improve the patient's clinical therapeutic effect and improve the prognosis.
