The Clinical Curative Effect On The Treatment Of Allergic Rhinitis In Children By Means Of "Strengthening Spleen And Supplementing Lungs,Solid Wei And Tong Qiao" Herbal Paste

Objective:Through clinical observation "Strengthening Spleen and Supplementing Lungs,Solid Wei and Tong Qiao" herbal paste and Chinese patent medicine treatment of children allergic rhinitis curative effect,comparing the efficiency for the treatment of the disease lungs and spleen deficiency syndrome,and looking for more effective treatment of traditional Chinese medicine new method of children allergic rhinitis,eventually reduce children rhinitis attack,improve the quality of life in children with.Method:By establishing the control group,and randomized clinical trial method,52 cases,included in the research standard,are randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.The treatment group of 26 cases take "Strengthening Spleen and Supplementing Lungs,Solid Wei and Tong Qiao" herbal paste,and the control group of 26 cases take "Invigorating spleen and nourishing lung oral liquid and allergic rhinitis mixture" of Chinese patent medicine.The treatment group and the control group must receive two course of treatment,a course of treatment containing one month,recording the clinical integral change of primary symptom,secondary symptom and total integral,times change between two groups after one month,two month,three month and six month,and using statistics to analyze the results and evaluating curative effect of herbal paste for allergic rhinitis in children.Result:After one month treatment,the treatment group and control group total effective rate respectively is 88.5%,80.7%,with no significant statistical differences.After two months treatment,the treatment group and control group total effective rate respectively is 92.3%,65.4%,with statistical differences.After three months treatment,the treatment group and control group total effective rate respectively is 92.3%,61.5%,with statistical differences.After six months treatment,the treatment group and control group total effective rate respectively is 96.1%,69.2%,with statistical differences.The result shows that in improving clinical primary symptoms and nasal symptoms(nasal itching,nasal congestion,sneezing,runny nose,turbinate swelling) in children with allergic rhinitis,and secondary symptoms (fear of cold,poor appetite,lack of power,spontaneous perspiration),etc,two groups have no statistical difference in one month.But there is statistical significant differences from two months to six months,and the curative effect of treatment group is better than control group.Conclusion:Herbal paste,conforming to "Strengthening Spleen and Supplementing Lungs,Solid Wei and Tong Qiao" therapeutic principle,can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of children with allergic rhinitis and decrease the number of attacks for rhinitis.What is more,the curative effect of herbal paste is significant,the effect is mild and lasting,and has no significant side effects.It is suitable for clinical popularization and application of children allergic rhinitis about lungs and spleen deficiency syndrome.
