| Objective:By comparing Fu’s subucutaneous needle and conventional acupuncture treatment for neck type cervical spondylosis, the difference of analgesic effect and clinical efficacy was observed,to provide clinic with therapy, which is rapid onset, less times of treatment, easy to be accepted by patient and effective.Method:68 patients with neck type cervical spondylosis were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,34 cases in each group. The observation group was treated with Fu’s subcutaneous needling, once by every other day,6 times constituting a treating course. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture, once daily,10 times constituting a treating course. Both groups were treated for 5 days in succession with 2 days interval,2 weeks as a treating course. The mean pain scores were compared before and after the first treatment and 1 treatment course by McGill pain inquire scale and NPQ,to evaluate comprehensive curative effect. After the first treatment, the VAS score was observed to evaluate the immediate analgesic effect of these two methods.Results:1.Two groups based on gender, age, TCM syndrome type distribution, course of disease had no statistically significant differences, with comparability.2.Two groups each based on VAS score before and the first treatment had significant differences compared with their own(P<0.05).3.After the first treatment, two groups were compared with each other, the VAS score had significant differences(P<0.05).4.After 1 treatment course, two groups were compared with before by their own,the PRI,VAS,NPQ score had significant differences (P<0.05).5.After 1 treatment course, two groups were compared with each other, the PRI-sensory,VAS,NPQ score had no significant differences(P>0.05);while the PRI-affection score had significant differences(P<0.05).6.Curative effect evaluation:the total effective rate in treatment group was 93.94%,while the control group of that was 90.62%,there was no significant differences(P>0.05).Conclusion:Fu’s subcutaneous needle has its advantageous in immediate analgesic effect, and the number of treatment required for Fu’s subcutaneous needle was less than that of conventional acupuncture,it can also improve patient’s pain and treatment-related negative emotions effectively, which can be used as a safe and effective treatment for neck type cervical spondylosis. |
