Objective:Ob serve the clinical effect of awn needle combined with milli-needle acupuncture in the treatment of patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis. Methods:A total of 60 patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis were enrolled in this study. The enrollment period was from June 2020 to January 2021.They were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group, with 30 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional acupuncture with milli-needles,while the treatment method of the treatment group was based on the control group, adding awn needle acupuncture, and the selected point was Dazhu through Tianzhu. Both groups were treated once a day, each treatment was 30 minutes,6 days as a course of treatment, one day rest after a course of acupuncture,a total of 2 courses of treatment.Observation indicators were the Short-form McGill pain questionnaire(SF-MPQ),Neck Disfunction Index(NDI),and quantitative scoring table for neck symptoms and signs.Patients were scored before and after treatment. All data processing used SPSS26.0 statistical software.Results:1.Before treatment, the course of disease, gender, and age of the two groups of patients were statistically processed, and there were no statistical difference(P>0.05),indicating that the baseline data of the two groups were consistent and can be compared.2.Comparison of SF-MPQ scale:comparison between groups before treatment,no statistical significance(P>0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups can be compared;comparison within groups before and after treatment(both P<0.01),indicating treatment of two groups of patients the symptoms of back neck pain were all relieved;comparison between groups after treatment(P<0.01),there were much significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups, indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy.3.Comparison of NDI scales:comparison between groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups can be compared;comparison within the two groups before and after treatment(both P<0.01),indicating that the two groups of patients after treatment Departmental function and life treatment were improved;comparison between groups after treatment(P<0.05),there were significant difference in curative effect between the two groups, indicating that the treatment group had better curative effect.4.Comparison of quantitative scoring tables for neck symptoms and signs:comparison between groups before treatment were not statistically significant(P>0.05),indicating that the data of the two groups can be compared;comparison within groups before and after treatment(both P<0.01),it means that the neck symptoms and signs of the two groups of patients had been improved after treatment;comparison between the groups after treatment(P<0.01),there were significant difference in the efficacy of the two groups, indicating that the treatment group had better efficacy.5.Comprehensive efficacy analysis:after treatment, the neck symptoms and activities of daily living were improved in the two groups. The total effective rate in the treatment group was 96.67%,and the total effective rate in the control group was 83.33%.The two groups were treated with different acupuncture methods. There were significant difference in relief(P<0.05),indicating that awn needle combined with milli-needle acupuncture can more effectively treat neck type of cervical spondylosis than simple conventional acupuncture.Conclusions:1.Awn needle combined with milli-needle acupuncture and conventional milli-needle acupuncture are effective for patients with neck type of cervical spondylosis.2.Awn needle combined with milli-needle acupuncture has better effect on neck type of cervical spondylosis, and the effect is obviously better than that of the conventional acupuncture milli-needle group.
