Clinical Study Of Qihuang Acupuncture Therapy In The Treatment Of Cervical Spondylosis

ObjectiveAt present,due to the popularization of electronic products and the change of people’s life style and living environment,cervical spondylosis is showing a trend of popularization and younger.Cervical spondylosis is the most common type in cervical spondylosis,accounting for 40%.The study chooses professor Chen zhenhu’s Qihuang acupuncture therapy(QH acupuncture therapy),by comparing the MPQ and NPQ neck pain scale before and after treatment to explore its clinical evaluation of cervical type cervical spondylopathy.Qihuang acupuncture therapy has the advantages of convenient operation,without anesthesia,less acupoints,without retaining needle for a long time,each operation is only 2-3 minutes and high safety,it can avoid the injury of blood vessels,can be effective in the treatment of pain,especially muscle and bone numbness have special curative effect.MethodsThe cases were from January 2017 to January 2018 in the First Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of TCM Acupuncture Clinic patients with cervical type cervical spondylopathy.Select 60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(30 cases,Qihuang acupuncture therapy)and the control group(ordinary acupuncture)of 30 cases.The acupoints selected in the treatment group were cervical Jiaji(C4,C6),Tianyou,jianjing,Tianzong,BL14(affected side),After local disinfection,quickly break the skin to reduce the patients’ pain.First with draining needle,the needle tip straight into the the bone surface,and gently swing the needle handle while withdrawing until back to the subcutaneous.and then use Hegu needling,around like chicken feet and plunged it into the depths of about 1-1.2 inches,bring about the desired sensation,to return the needle to the skin by gently swinging theneedle.At last,take out the needle and press the pinhole for a moment with a sterile cotton ball.The control group selected acupoints according to the acupuncture and moxibustion therapy,edited by Gao Shuzhong,and the acupoints selected by the 1 inch needle acupuncture point were selected.After bring about the desired sensation,the acupuncture needle(tianzhu,cervical jiaji)in the neck were connected with the electro-acupuncture treatment instrument,adjust to the amount of irritation that the patient can accept,other acupuncture points retaining needle for 30 minutes.Both groups were treated 2 times a week and 3 times a course of treatment,totally treatment a course.Both the MPQ scale and the NPQ scale were observed before and after treatment,and then the therapeutic effect was determined and the efficacy difference between the treatment group and the control group was compared.Results1.Before treatment,the two groups was no significant difference in gender,age,disease,the two sets of data are comparable.2.Before treatment,there was no significant difference in MPQ total score and NPQ percentage between the two groups,the two sets of data are comparable.3.After treatment,there were certain differences between the two groups in the total MPQ score,the percentage of NPQ and the clinical effect,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparison between the two groups,in the treatment of cervical spondylosis to relieve pain,comparison of statistical software.,the total score of MPQ in the Qihuang acupuncture therapy group was compared with that of the traditional acupuncture group,the difference between the two was significant and statistically significant(P<0.05).The results showed that the QH acupuncture therapy was more effective in relieving pain.In the treatment of cervical spondylosis,the efficacy of the treatment group was similar to that of the control group.4.After treatment,the curative effect of the two groups were compared.There were 9 cases of cervical type cervical spondylosis cured in the treatment group,15 cases of cervical type cervical spondylosis with significant curative effect,6 cases of cervical type cervical spondylosis with symptoms improvement,6 cases of ineffective cervical type cervical spine 0 cases of patients,indicating that all patients have a good effect,In the control group,4 cases of cervical type cervical spondylosis cured,13 cases of cervical typecervical spondylosis with significant effect,11 cases of cervical type cervical spondylosis with improved symptoms,2 cases of invalid cervical type cervical spondylosis,the total effective rate was 93.33%.By rank sum test,Z=-2.217,P<0.05,there were significant differences,and the final effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group.ConclusionThe symptoms of neck pain in cervical spondylosis can be effectively improved by the treatment group of QH acupuncture therapy and the common acupuncture group.QH acupuncture therapy group and the normal acupuncture group can effectively improve the cervical type cervical spondylosis symptoms of neck pain,more than the normal acupuncture stimulation and a large range.It can effectively relieve the tension and spasm of local soft tissue and promote local metabolism,and it can relieve the pain of the patient in a short time.The curative effect was significantly better than the control group.There is no obvious discomfort in the clinical use of the QH acupuncture therapy.At the same time,it has a certain safety,instant pain relief effect,quick effect,suitable for clinical application.
