A Clinical Research Of Modified Mufangji Decoction Combined With Xianglian Golden Powder In Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis Of Damt-heat Syndrome

Objective:This subject adopts the traditional Chinese medicine combining modified Mufangji decoction to drink and Xianglian golden powder external application to treat acute gouty arthritis of damt-heat syndrome, aims to evaluate its clinical effect in the near future and safety, so as to highlight the advantages of Chinese medicine treatment, and strive to provide a convenient, security and practical traditional Chinese medicine for the majority of acute gouty arthritis patients, and promote its further clinical application.Methods:60 cases accord with test conditions of acute gouty arthritis of damt-heat syndrome patients were randomly divided into two groups,30 cases in the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group (treatment group) adding modified Mufangji decoction to drink and Xianglian golden powder external application,30 cases western medical treatment (control group) treated with Diclofenac sodium dual release enteric-coated capsules and Sodium bicarbonate tablets, the two groups were treated for 7 days. To record the TCM symptoms integral of two groups of patients, TCM syndrome score, analgesic onset time, erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, serum uric acid index changes and adverse events before treatment, three days after treatment, seven days after treatment. SPSS21.0 statistical software is used for statistical analysis of the data, and then the clinical treatment effect of each group is discussed, and the clinical efficacy and safety are evaluated.Results:The total effective rate of two groups of patients the clinical cure rate and markedly effective rate (cure+effective) of treatment after seven days of treatment are not statistically significant(P>0.05). The two groups of treatment programs can improve the patient's TCM syndrome points, and the treatment plan of the treatment group in improving the patient's TCM syndrome score is than the control group (P<0.05).Two groups'treatment may improve joint pain, joint tenderness, joint swelling, joint flexion and extension negative, joint fever, joint surface skin, fever, head and body trapped heavy, dry mouth, sweating, upset, short yellow urine, stool viscosity lag uncomfortable, tongue nature, tongue coat ing (P<0.05). The treatment group in improving joint pain, joint swelling, ead and body trapped heavy, dry mouth, sweating, upset, stool viscosity lag uncomfortable, tongue nature, tongue coating, pulse is superior to western medicine treatment group, the difference is statistically significant(P<0.05).Two groups in improving joint tenderness, joint flexion and extension negative, joint fever, joint surface skin, fever and short yellow urine is not statistically significant(P>0.05).The treatment group in decreasing the disappear rate of joint swelling, head and body trapped heavy, dry mouth, sweating, stool viscosity lag uncomfortable, tongue nature is superior to control group(P<0.05). And other symptoms and signs of the disappearance rate of the two groups are equivalent(P>0.05).There is no significant difference in the onset time of analgesia between the two groups (P>0.05).The two groups treatment can reduce the serum C-reactive protein, blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (P<0.05), and there is no significant difference in the reduction of C-reactive protein, blood uric acid, erythrocyte sedimentation rate (ESR) (P>0.05).The safety of the two groups are good.Conclusions:the traditional Chinese medicine combining modified Mufangji decoction to drink and Xianglian golden powder external application can be effective in the treatment of patients with acute gouty arthritis of damt-heat syndrome, can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients, and can reduce the concentration of erythrocyte sedimentation rate, C-reactive protein, serum uric acid, with good safety, is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
