Clinical Observation Of Xianglian Golden Powder Combined With Tongfengding Capsules In Treatment Of Acute Gouty Arthritis

Objective:Comparative Xianglian golden powder combined with Tongfengding capsules for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis clinical efficacy,safety,for the treatment of acute gouty arthritis in Chinese medicine to provide a new treatment program;Method:Select September 2015 to September 2017,Chengdu University of TCM,Department of Orthopedics,acute gouty arthritis patients,meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria,complete follow-up data,a total of 90 patients were selected,divided into Treatment group A,Treatment group B and control group each had 30 cases.The treatment group A was given Xianglian golden powder and Tongfengding Capsules.The treatment group B was given to Tongfengding Capsule.The control group was given voltaren.The clinical course of treatment was observed one week after the treatment and the clinical efficacy was observed after one week.Symptoms,TCM symptom scores,WBC? ESR?CRP and other indicators were evaluated for their effectiveness.The three major routine,liver and renal functions,and adverse reactions before and after treatment were observed to evaluate their safety.Results:(1)The total effective rate: Treatment group A,the total effective rate was 90.00%;Treatment group B patients,the total effective rate was 86.67%,The control group,the total effective rate was 80.00%.The comparison between the three groups was statistically significant(P<0.01 or P<005).(2)Clinical symptoms and signs: There was no statistically significant difference in joint pain between the three groups after treatment(P>0.05).Other joint swelling,joint tenderness,and joint function Treatment group A The curative effect was better than that of the Treatment group B and the control group(P<0.01 or P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference between the Treatment group A and the control group,and the efficacy was comparable between the two groups.(3)The total scores of clinical symptoms of TCM were improved compared with those before treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05)The total score of TCM symptoms in Treatment group A and Treatment group B was lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).The total score of TCM symptoms in Treatment group A was better than that in Treatment group B(P<0.01).(4)In terms of laboratory indicators: After the treatment,the ESR and CRP in the three groups were lower than those before treatment(P<0.01 or P<0.05),and the Treatment group A control effect was significantly better than the Treatment group B and the control group(P< 0.01)The control effect of the control group was better than that of the Treatment group B(P<0.01).The three groups can reduce the WBC? CRP and ESR.The Treatment group A had the best effect,the control group took the second place,and The treatment group B had the worst.(5)Safety: There was no change in liver and kidney function before and after treatment in the the Treatment group A and the Treatment group B(P>0.05).Before and after treatment,liver function and kidney function(ALT,AST,Cr,BUN)in the control group were abnormal in different degrees,with significant differences(P<0.05 or P<0.01).The adverse reaction rate was 3.33% in the Treatment group A and the Treatment group B,and 33.33% in the control group.The incidence of adverse reactions in the Treatment group A was significantly lower than that of the control group(P<0.01).In summary,the combination of Xianglian golden Powder and Tongfengding Capsules has high safety and low adverse reaction rateConclusion:TCM treatment of acute gouty arthritis with Xianglian golden powder and Tongfengding capsules is more effective than only using voltaren.It not only improved the main clinical symtoms,but also improved WBC?ESR?CRP level and kidney function.AS a safe and effective treatment option,it should not only be further studied,but also put into popular practice.
