Jianpi Huoxue Decoction On The Quality Of Peptic Ulcer Healing And Its Clinical Study Of Recurrence

Objective:To observe Professor Huang Yahui's experience of Jianpi Huoxue Decoction on the quality of peptic ulcer healing and the efficacy and safety of anti recurrence.Methods:According to the diagnostic standard,inclusion criteria,exclu sion criteria of 60 patients of peptic ulcer,were randomly divided in to 2 groups,30 patients in each group.Before the treatment the first quadruple therapy for eradication of Helicobacter pylori(Rebela triaz ole,colloidalbismuth tartrate,Amoxicillin Capsules,clarithromycin,amo xicillin for allergy medication for Ofloxacin Capsules to use the lef t.14 days later).The treatment group was given Jianpi Huoxue Decoctio n,after 3 months of treatment,the control group was given Rebela omep razole,colloidal bismuth tartrate(course of January)oral,gastric ulce r treatment for 8 weeks,6 weeks for duodenal ulcer.Observation of TCM syndrome score changes and adverse reactions during treatment;review Hp after the course of treatment,endoscopic observation of endoscopi c mucosal regeneration maturity;2 pieces of mucosal tissue for pathol ogical observation of regenerative mucosa histological maturity;the c linical effect of two groups of patients;in 6 months after drug withd rawal,observe the clinical symptoms of peptic ulcer recurrence and un der gastroscope,and statistical analysis.Results:(1)Clinical efficacy:The effective rate of the treatment group and the control group were100%,there was no statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).(2)Comparison of TCM syndrome score:Lo ose stools in improving food less,anorexia,lassitude,treatment group than the control group(P?0.05),after treatment,the total score of TC M symptoms in the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).(3)Comparison of regenerative mucosal maturity under endoscope:The treatment group Sc 18 cases,Sb 7 cases,Sa 5 cases,8 cases of the cont rol group Sc,12 cases of stage Sb,10 stage Sa cases.The two groups we re statistically different(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(4)Comparison of histological maturity of regenera ted mucosa:The treatment group 16 cases were excellent,good in 14 cas es,poor in 0 cases,control group 7 cases of excellent,good in 23 case s,poor in 0 cases.The two groups were statistically different(P<0.05),the treatment group was better than the control group.(5)Recurrence rate comparison:The treatment group of 25 cases of patients with rec urrence of 2case(8.0%),the control group of 26 cases recurred in 11 c ases(42.3%),the two groups were statistically significant(P<0.05),the recurrence rate of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group.(6)Here were no adverse events and reactions in the two groups.Conclusions:Professor Huang Yahui's experience of Jianpi Huoxue Decoc tion can significantly improve the quality of ulcer healing,control t he recurrence of ulcers,good safety,it is worthy of popularization an d application.
