Clinical Study Of Jianpi Huoxue Granule In The Treatment Of Spleen Deficiency And Blood Stasis Type Of Chronic Atrophic Gastritis

Objective:Through the observation of Jianpi Huoxue granule (self-made) clinicalcurative effect of the treatment of spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronicatrophic gastritis, and to explore its mechanism of action, and provide the basis for clinicalapplication.Ways：60cases of patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were randomly divided intoexperimental group (taking Jianpi Huoxue Granules), control group (taking puyuanheweicapsule), observe the improvement in clinical symptoms, signs, gastroscope, pathologicalinflammation in the two groups before and after treatment.Results:Clinical observation showed the experimental group and the control group,comprehensive clinical efficacy rate, the total efficiency is very significant difference (P<0.01), the test group was better than control group; TCM syndrome curative effect of twogroups of efficacy rate, the total efficiency of comparison, the differences were significant(P<0.01), the test group was significantly better than the control group. After treatment,two groups of patients with a score of TCM symptoms integral comparison showed verysignificant difference (P<0.01), endoscopic inflammation score and pathological integraland there was a significant difference (P<0.05). Show that the two groups hadimprovement effect on chronic atrophic gastritis, the test group was better than controlgroup (P<0.05).Conclusion:Jianpi Huoxue granule (self-made) has good clinical curative effect intreatment of spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome of chronic atrophic gastritis...
