ObjectiveTo explore the affection of alteplase in the process of cardiopulmonary resuscitation(CPR)in which caused by pulmonary embolism,to evaluate whether it can improve the recovery rate and survival rate of autonomic circulation,and improve the brain function and its safety.To investigate one of effective and safety Of emergence measures,to improve the successful rate of cardiopulmonary resuscitation,the final survival rate and quality of life.MethodsFrom January 2012 to December 2016,we collected the patients who were diagnosed as cardiac arrest,accompanied with pulmonary embolism,-first-aidCPR,and inform the patient's family of their conditions,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis at the same time.According to the patient's family decision;decide whether to carry out thrombolytic therapy.17cases treated with thrombolytic therapy and CPR,12 cases without it.Thrombosis group we choice 17 cases(6 males,11 females),7 cases in emergency outpatient department,10 cases were hospitalized.The average age of 67.7(67.7 ± 12.5)years,the time that we diagnosed pulmonary embolism after cardiac arrest least 30min~12 days.The average time treated with thrombolytic therapy after cardiac arrest is(20 ± 13.5)min.There were 10cases(4 males,6 females,5 outbreaks of outpatient clinics,5 cases were diagnosed during hospitalization)without thrombolytic therapy.Patients aged 50 to 80 years,mean age 65.4(65.4 ± 15.5).Diagnosis of Cardiac arrest occurred after pulmonary embolism during 30min~16 days.ResultsThrombolysis group recovered spontaneous circulation in 12 cases,non-thrombolytic group recovered spontaneously in 3 cases,thrombolysis group recovered spontaneous circulation patients survived>24h,non thrombolysis group 2 cases survived>24h.The recovery rate of spontaneous circulation in the thrombolysis group was significantly higher than that in the control group,and there was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Thrombolysis group was discharged in 11 cases,the control group was discharged in 1 case.The final discharge rate of the thrombolysis group was significantly higher than that of the control group.There was a statistically significant difference between the two groups,ConclusionsApplication of Alteplase t hrombolytic therapy in CPR,that significant affect in patient with Cardiac arrest which caused by pulmonary embolism.In our article,we detected that this drug can increase successful rate and survival rate of CPR,without any drug side-affect such as fatal bleeding and other adverse events.lt is worth applying to clinical practice.
