The Effect Of Type-? Prostatitis On The Seminal Quality Of Infertile Males

Objective:To investigate the effect of Type-?Prostatitis on the important parameters of semen analysis,and to analyze the correlation between leukecyte count of expressed prostatic secretion(EPS)and the important parameters of semen analysis of infertile males.Methods:160 infertile males in urological,andrological outpatient and reproductive center of our hospital were enrolled from December 2015 to January 2017.On the basis of leukecyte count of EPS,these patients were divided into group AIP(WBC?10/HP,n=100)and group non-AIP(WBC<10/HP,n=60),to analyze the liquefied time,volume,pH,sperm viability,sperm concentration,the percentage of normal morphologic sperm.The data were statistic analyze with SPSS22.0.The quantative data were expressed in x±s,the enumeration data were expressed in percentage(%),and the "t-test" were used to analyze two gurops.To use "Pearson correlation analysis" analyze the leukocyte of EPS and the important parameters of semen analysis.the fact that the differences have statistical significance when P<0.05.Results:(1)The liquefied time of group AIP is longer than group non-AIP,the sperm viability and the percentage of normal morphologic sperm of group AIP is lower than group non-AIP,it did significant difference(P<0.05),yet there is no significant difference of the sperm concentration,pH and volume(P>0.05).(2)there is a significantly positive correlation between leukocyte count of EPS and liquefied time(r=0.570,P<0.05).and there are significantly negative correlation between leukocyte count of EPS and sperm viability,the percentage of normal morphologic sperm(r=-0.976,P<0.05;r=-0.972;P<0.05).Conclusion:(1)Type-?prostatitis can significantly prolong the liquefied time and reduce the sperm viability,the percentage of normal morphologic sperm in semen of infertile males.It has not obviously impact on volume,pH and sperm concentration.showing that type-? prostatitis may have negative impact of infertile males;(2)In infertile males,the more leukocyte count of EPS count rises,the longer of the liquefied time and the lower of the sperm viability and the percentage of normal morphologic sperm.It reveaed that leukocyte count of EPS may be one of the significance reason that the semen quality decline of infertile males caused by type-IV prostatitis.
