Analysis Of Semen Criterion Of Male Infertility Caused By Chronic Prostatitis

Objective:To appraise the variety of semen quality criterion,biochemical criterion and electrolyte of those male infertility caused by chronic prostatitis.Methods:Chose normal fertility(17 case),inferlitity caused by Chronic prostatitis(CP) but liquefaction normal(34 case) and those male infertility by CP composed with semen delayed liquefaction(20 case),to analysis of its semen criterion,biochemical criterion and electrolyte.Results:The results showed that the sperm concentration,motility and a,b grade motile sperm concentration in male infertility group is significantly lower than those of the normal group,p＜0.001.PSA in mal infertility group is significantly lower than those of the normal group,p＜0.001.K⁺ and Ca²⁺ in mal infertility group is difference from those of the normal group in ststistics,p＜0.05.There are no odds in PAP,Sialic acid,fructose,Na⁺ and Cl^- with in those groops. Conclusion:the semen motility,PSA,K⁺ and Ca²⁺ in mal infertility group is difference from those of the normal group.
