Objective:To investigate the effect of PRP on bone tunnel enlargement after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.Method:Random selection 31 patients with anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction were randomly divided into experimental group(n = 16)and control group(n = 15)?The experimental group was returned to the hospital at2,3,4,5,6,7 weeks after operation. The PRP was injected into the knee joint capsule about 10 ml after the operation, and the control group was treated with normal saline at the same time. All patients were followed up Individually,The following items were included:physical examination:Knee joint activity?Lachman test;Knee function score:The Lysholm score was used to evaluate the function of knee joint before operation and at the last follow-up;In iconography:All of the patients at the last follow-up knee radiographs,3D CT.Bone tunnel survey:CT measurement of 2 sites of bone tunnel(tibial internal orifice, femoral internal orifice). The diameter of the bone was measured as the distance between the two walls of the bone tunnel, and the diameter was perpendicular to the longitudinal axis of the bone.Result:Group PRP: CT femoral bone tunnel mouth expand the extent of2.062 + 0.814 mm,the incidence rate was 25%(4/16);tibial tunnels and enlargement degree 1.969 + 0.884 mm,the incidence rate was 25%(4/16).The control group: CT femoral tunnel mouth expand the extent of 2.433 +1.193 mm,the incidence rate was 33.33%(5/15);tibial tunnels and expand the extent of 2.167 + 1.080 mm,the incidence rate was 33.33%(5/ 15)in.PRP group and control group of bone tunnel expansion results(F =4.064,t=-1.133,P=0.048 < 0.05).There was a significant knee joint activity(ROM): joint flexion and extension disorders found during follow-up,PRP group and control group with lateral joint activity,no significant difference between the two groups(t=-1.844,P=0.069)?PRP group of patients with preoperative Lysholm score was(41.937 + 3.991),after surgery(95.875 + 2.363),the difference was statistically significant(t=-46.516,P=0.003<0.05);preoperative IKDC score was(55.14 + 3.12),postoperative(85.91 + 3.17),the difference was statistically significant(t=-24.07,P < 0.001).The control group of patients with preoperative Lysholm score was(43.60 + 3.776),after surgery(95.333 + 2.500),the difference was statistically significant(t=-44.258,P,=0.044 < 0.05);preoperative IKDC score was(51.232 + 7.98),postoperative(83.76 + 4.37),the difference was statistically significant(t=-27.38,P < 0.001)Lysholm scores between the.PRP group and control group before and after surgery P,more than 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant,IKDC scores between the two groups before and after surgery,P > 0.05,the difference was not statistically significant. Conclusion:The use of PRP in the reconstruction of cruciate ligament can promote tendon bone healing and reduce the degree of enlargement of the tunnel...
