| Object:This project aims to clinical curative effect of functional dyspepsia patients in the study of Sanren decoction treating damp heat.To the curative effect in patients with TCM syndrome integral,clinical symptom score,symptom score,and long-term safety index and other related data changes,and compared with Domperidone Tablets,evaluation of Sanren Decoction in the treatment of damp heat syndrome clinical curative effect of functional dyspepsia,for clinical prevention and treatment of TCM damp FD provide new ideas and methods the.The project will have a positive significance for further research on the future with damp heat of TCM and Western medicine therapy on intrinsic type FD.Methods:In December 2015-2016 year in December during the Ruikang Hospital of Guangxi University of TCM affiliated Eastern Hospital District and the airport hospital for treatment of patients(including outpatient and inpatient department),diagnosis of 50 cases of functional dyspepsia syndrome is damp,according to the random number table were randomly divided into treatment group and control group 2 groups.The treatment group was treated with Sanren decoction,daily 1 pay,the water rushed to 200 ml,100ml each morning and evening meal warm clothes were given to the control group;Domperidone Tablets,10 mg each time,3 times a day,15-30 minutes before meals oral.The treatment cycle was 4 weeks.The clinical symptom score,TCM syndrome score,symptom score and related safety index changes of 2groups were observed before and after treatment in the two groups.Results:(1)There were no adverse reactions in the two groups during the treatment.(2)After 4 weeks treatment in two groups of 25 patients in the treatment group,1 cases were cured,13 cases markedly effective 10 cases,invalid 1cases,the cure rate of 56%,the total efficiency of 96%;25 patients in the control group,no clinical cure,5 cases markedly effective in 18 cases,2 cases were invalid,the cure rate of 25%,the total efficiency of 92%.After treatment,the effect rate and rate of the two groups were statistically significant,the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in the total effective rate(P > 0.05).(3)The difference of clinical symptom scores between the two groups was statistically significant,the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).Comparison of individual symptom scores,postprandial fullness discomfort,early satiety,epigastric burning,mental fatigue,loss of appetite,belching,irritability,pharyngeal obstruction feeling symptom score comparison had significant difference,the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05),there was no significant difference in abdominal pain,limb weakness and other symptoms score comparison(P >0.05).Compared with the scores of TCM syndromes,the treatment group was better than that of the control group(P < 0.05).(4)We found that on the cure and effective treatment of patients were followed up for 8 weeks after completion of treatment group 14 cases of recurrence of symptoms or aggravated in 4 cases,control group 5 cases of recurrence of symptoms or aggravated in 4 cases,two groups of patients with recurrence rate compared with significant difference,the treatment group than the control group(P < 0.05).Conclusion:(1)Sanren Decoction in the treatment of FD and Domperidone Tablets had no difference in security.(2)Sanren Decoction in the treatment of FD compared with Domperidone Tablets,has advantages in clinical grade.(3)Sanren Decoction in the treatment of FD compared to Domperidone Tablets,in improving clinical symptoms,especially in the improvement of postprandial fullness discomfort,early satiety,epigastric burning,mental fatigue,loss of appetite,belching,irritability,pharyngeal obstruction symptom such as feeling superior;in improving the TCM syndrome have obvious advantages.(4)Sanren Decoction in the treatment of the recurrence rate of FD is lower than Domperidone Tablets. |
