Clinical Observation Of The Treatment Of Functional Dyspepsia (spleen-stomach Damp-heat Syndrome) With The Addition And Subtraction Of Puji Xiayu Decoction Combined With Gastric Dynamic Instrument

Objective:To observe the clinical curative effect of the modified Huopu Xia Ling decoction combined with gastric motility instrument in the treatment of functional dyspepsia and stomach damp heat syndrome.Method:98 cases of functional dyspepsia patients admitted to our hospital from 1 in 2015 to 1 in 2016 were randomly divided into comprehensive treatment group 35 cases, Chinese medicine treatment group 32 cases,Western medicine treatment group 31 cases according to the random number table. Comprehensive treatment group was treated with the modified Huopuxialing decoction combined with gastric motility instrument; Chinese medicine treatment group were treated with the modified Huopuxialing Decoction; Western medicine treatment group orals itopride hydrochloride tablets and pantoprazole sodium enteric coated capsules.The course of treatment was 2 weeks in three groups.After the end of the treatment, the effect of the disease, TCM syndrome score, VAS score, adverse reaction and so on were analyzed.Results:1?In the comprehensive treatment group, the total effective rate was 97.14%, Chinese medicine treatment group the total effective rate was 84.38%,Western medicine treatment group the total efficiency was 80.65%,There were significant differences in the total effective rate between the three groups(P<0.05).2?In terms of TCM syndrome score, after treatment, the three groups were significantly better than before treatment, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05), control group with significant differences(P<0.05). Abdominal fullness, three groups of syndrome score difference was statistically significant(P < 0.05). epigastric pain, body weight drowsiness, dry mouth, compared comprehensive treatment group to Chinese medicine treatment group symptom score, the difference was not statistically significant(P>0.05), comprehensive treatment group to Western medicine treatment group, Chinese medicine treatment group to Western medicine treatment group, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).3?In terms of epigastric pain VAS score,control group with significant differences(P<0.05).4?In the adverse reactions, the combination treatment group and the Chinese medicine treatment group did not appear obvious adverse reactions and toxic side effects,But western medicine treatment group had bowel in 2 cases, 1 cases of diarrhea.Conclusion: the modified Huopuxialing decoction combined with gastric motility instrument in the treatment of functional dyspepsia(FD) of spleen and stomach damp heat syndrome definitely, it's safe without side effect and worth to clinical promotion.
