Clinical Observation On Treatment Of Liver Cancer TACE Syndrome(Damp-heat Syndrome) With Sanren Decoction Combine With Wuweixiaodu Yin

Objective: This clinical observation was conducted to study the clinical effect of Sanren Decoction combine with Wuweixiaodu Yin in the treatment of hepatic arterial chemoembolization(TACE)postoperative syndrome(damp heat syndrome).To evaluate the effectiveness of this prescription in the treatment of TACE postoperative syndrome(damp heat syndrome)and its impact on patients' quality of life.In order to provide a foundation for better clinical application.Methods: This clinical study was conducted in a randomized manner to elect 80 patients with damp-heat syndrome after liver cancer TACE in the department of hepatology from tthe first affiliated Hospital of Guangxi University of traditional Chinese medicine from April 2018 to December 2018.These patients who were diagnosed as damp-heat syndrome by TCM.They were randomly divided into treatment group(40 cases)and control group(40 cases).Both groups were treated with conventional symptomatic treatment of western medicine(analgesia,physical cooling,protect stomach and stop vomiting,liver protection,etc.);the treatment group was given Sanren Decoction combined with Wuweixiaodu Yin on the basis of the treatment plan of the control group.The clinica observation period of the two groups was 2 weeks.Observed and compared the TCM syndrome scores,clinical symptom duration,TCM syndrome efficacy,Karnofsky(KPS)functional status score,alanine aminotransferase(ALT),aspartate aminotransferase(AST),total bilirubin(TBil),albumin(ALB),alpha-fetoprotein(AFP)and safety indicators.The above data were collected and statistically analyzed,and the therapeutic effects of the two groups were evaluated.Results: 1.Comparison of TCM syndrome scores: The TCM syndrome scores of the two groups were lower after treatment than before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of the treatment group were significantly lower than those of the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.2.Duration of clinical symptoms: The duration of clinical symptoms(abdominal pain,nausea and vomiting,fever)in the treatment group was significantly shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.3.TCM syndrome effect: The total effective rate was 90.0% in the treatment group and 67.5% in the control group.The syndrome effect of the treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05),with statistical difference;4.Karnofsky comparison: There was no significant difference in the KPS score between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).The KPS score of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group after treatment(P<0.05),and the difference was statistically significant.5.Comparison of ALT and AST levels: The levels of ALT and AST in both groups were improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the decrease of two indexes in the treatment group was more significantly than control group(P<0.05),which was statistically significant.6.Comparison of bilirubin(TBil)and albumin(ALB)levels: After treatment,TBil and ALB in both groups were not significantly reduced(P>0.05),with no statistical significance.7.Alpha fetoprotein(AFP)levels: The AFP content of the two groups was improved after treatment(P<0.05),and the degree of decline in the treatment group was more significantly than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: The curative effect of Sanren Decoction combine with Wuweixiaodu Yin on liver cancer TACE syndrome(damp-heat syndrome)is definite.It can better improve the clinical symptoms of postoperative syndrome,there is a certain degree of improvement to TCM syndrome score,KPS score,liver function(ALT,AST)level,AFP level.And no side effects and adverse reactions during the clinical observation.It is proved that Sanren Decoction combine with Wuweixiaodu Yin is safe and effective in the treatment of liver cancer TACE syndrome(damp-heat syndrome),and has good clinical application value.
